We order on a non-PH Monday, it was for a birthday but we were utterly disappointed. We waited from 7pm to 9pm and the status never once changed. It was stuck at "Your order is being made" for 2 long hours. Within that period, we tried calling the only domino number at 62226333, no one picked up. Only after 9pm, someone answered the call and they told us that they are short on staff, we asked for a refund, but it will take 7 working days to process. Nevertheless we rather a refund than waiting any longer. "Domino's Pizza guarantees that you will get your pizza at your door step within 30 minutes after ordering." If the store is short-handed or unable to delivery, then maybe set a quota? I do not think a free regular pizza upon next purchase is enough to even compensate for ruining a special day, let alone for us to order from Domino in future.

Ordered through the app for delivery for my kids at home. The order was never process after waiting for almost 2 hours. Calledthe number for their customer expert was never answered. Went to the store to check. If during peak hours, the store unable to handle the orders, the app should not process the order and made us wait for no pizza.

Worst ever experience. Can you just close the outlet if you do not want to serve the customers on time. Atleast pick up the call to inform delay or there should be an option for refund and cancel. There is none of this. So bad reputation of Domino’s.

DO NOT ORDER ON PEAK AND PH. BE PREPARE TO EAT FOR SUPPER IF U ORDER FOR DINNER. On 9/Aug, we ordered our pizza at 4pm for 6pm pick up. Went to the outlet, BUT all the staff were hiding inside the kitchen, nobody dared to stand at the counter! Waited until 8.30pm BUT NOBODY WAS PREPARING OUR ORDERS AT ALL!!! Held on to that small faith we will eventually get our order done BUT we were so wrong. We asked gave 1 of the staff our order no., staff said no nothing has been cooked/prepared. We cancelled after a 2.5hrs wait!!! Look at all the customers crowding at the counter, hoping some staff can help advice on the estimated waiting time or JUST BE BRUTALLY HONEST, "Guys we will NOT be cooking anything, just cancel your orders." The entire process, the system, the manpower..Dominos really CANNOT MAKE IT. No more Dominos for us.

Waited more than an hour, no updates. No one responds to the hotline too. As good as not having one if no one is going to pick up. Wish I saw the other reviews before ordering. At this point if you’re so severely understaffed the branch should be closed lol

I ordered one day in advance for a 9 Aug delivery at 530pm. Only at 9+ pm was I given a call to ask if I still wanted the order (no). For a $56 order that got messed up to that degree, I got ONE free regular pizza. It is now 21 Aug, and the refund for the order is still not in. What's worse, I ordered again today and.... they're late. Again. I need to remind myself again and again why I prefer the other hut-based pizza business!

Ordered at 5pm plus. And it's currently 8.16pm. Almost 3 hours plus and order still not delivered through Grab. Hotline also disengaged. If cannot commit to too much order, kindly close off your grab merchant store when it's peak hours. Simple logic. Didn't even call to apologize.

Honestly such a bad experience with Domino’s I ordered on the grab app but also talked to many people who ordered via the Domino app. So many bikes outside but end up all the riders are inside the kitchen for what?? Not the first time we had such horrible experience with them. The guy who “helped” us said “just call and complain they very scared one so will give you voucher”. Honestly, does it help with anything? If the order can’t be prepared, just cancel the order on your side? Why do people waiting for 2-3 hours have to head down to your store to ask you guys what’s the problem. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM BE IT HOLIDAY OR NOT

Worst experience ever. Ordered delivery at 4.30pm yet till 9pm "your order is being made". Went down to the store and apparently they said all their orders were gone, had to wait another 45 mins if I still wanted it. Kept calling since 6pm yet line was busy. Now still got to wait 7 days to get a refund. No such experience with other outlets, this CCK outlet is terrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. Food, didn't get to taste it. Service, non-existent. Atmosphere, full of blur cashiers.
