This place used to be good but has deteriorated in recent months. Food speed and quality is ok- but the flies at the eating area + rudeness of the staff makes this place unpleasant. And if you have children, make sure you bring your own cutlery- I got lectured for asking for a extra fork/knife after my child dropped her set.

The slowest mcdonald ive been to... My number has been in the "serving now" section for more than 10 mins. Inside the kitchen, there are more than 9 staff. So if they were to give reasons such as peak period, im sorry that is unnaceptable!

Good customer service. When there is a misplaced or short order the management will always come through. The restaurant management is top notch. However... Had to try the latest Chick 'N' Cheese burger but it is a total let down. Nothing special about it, just a piece of deep fried cheese n a chicken patty. Nope 🙅🏻 not worth it for this new burger.

Value added service. Very happy with their customer service. They helped us change our sausage mcmuffin when the manager found out that we accidentally ordered the wrong one .Even refund us the excess money. No wonder McDonald's can survive through times .Customer service is the secret!

McDonald's Loyand Point "I’m loving it" 🎼 ParaPaPaPa 🎼 Great team and great food 👍 It's McDonald. What can I say. But this one had really nice friendly staff. Can see that they always smiling & laughing during working. Quick easy fast service, It's really amazing to have quality of service... they are so nice... I need to eat here more often !

Mcdelivery never fails to be disappointing. There’s a supposed ‘Remarks’ section for us to ask for sauces or napkins and they always choose NOT to see that portion. Then what’s the point of having a remarks section? Called customer service hotline to feedback about this and their SOP is “We’ll call the outlet manager and get back to you” but obviously the outlet manager doesn’t care if this issue still persists.

Always sold out for newly launched burger as early as 12.37pm when open for lunch. What a joke! Wonder the store manager on duty or planning in HQ knows the situation to stock up? It happens many times already! Buck up McDonald’s!! Shame on you. You deserve a one star from me

I have to wait for 15 mins for my sausage McMuffin meal and the restaurant is not crowded as compared to other outlets. Service staffs are so disorganised, drinks counter staff don’t even know what drinks he should prepare even there is screen to see the orders. Please send your staffs for proper training.

Bought my breakfast here. Never seen such organised workflow for awhile now. Both management staff constantly communicating to improve productivity and speed not sacrificing quality. Great job!

there is this one manager who doesn’t know anything. First time i met her, i wanted table service when ordering at the counter and she rudely told me that you could get table service from the kiosk. note that i am aware that you can get table service from kiosk for card payment but not cash. Instead of teaching me how to get table service on the kiosk when paying with cash, she just rudely told me and keyed in my order. Today i met her again and tried to be as polite as possible as she couldn’t stop frowning and when i ask her for table service, she ignored me and just keyed in my order. At the end of the day i had to collect the order myself. If the manager herself cannot give the customer what they request for, what’s the point of having table service and having a manager? This is unacceptable especially when we are paying for it and not showing you any attitude.

Loyang point outlet consistently makes mistakes for orders, be it counter service, mobile orders, or Mcdelivery. This time, missing a double quarter pounder. I called the call centre and they were not able to provide me with a solution, other than to tell me to wait for a call back from the store manager. They were also not able to tell me when the manager would call too. The single quarter pounder beef patty was charred.

ordered several times McDelivery and Takeaway, always receive with missing items. Tonight keyed in order for Sharing box and nuggets for takeaway at kiosk, screen showed 'serving' for my order number for a good 10mins but food was not ready, so why show 'serving'? Went to counter to ask and there were others with similar problem, counter staff went to check and kitchen staff shouted still preparing. The orders were not prepared in order and people who ordered at the counter directly got their food way ahead of those who ordered through the kiosk. i ended up waiting almost 30mins for the sharing box and nuggets. The entire vibe was a confused and messy system in the kitchen. Definitely need improvement in management.

Waited nearly 50 minutes for 20 nuggets. I consider myself a very patient person, but this is kind of pushing it. I'm not blaming the staff because they seem overworked, but the management of this branch is seriously below par.

This Loyang Point outlet easily has the worst customer service of all McDonald's east side This is no surprise given that the store manager is really awful and bochap, so the staff under her behave the same. Typical waiting time when I order is between 20-40mins even during non-peak periods. And orders ALWAYS go missing here. There also appears to be some dumb rule at this outlet whereby only the manager herself can ready orders to be served, so when she is MIA nobody else steps up to fulfill the orders. In the latest incident tonight, the staff refused to refund me for my order not served. So now McDonald's owes me money which I might need to file a small claims for.

Another McDonald's branch at Liyang Point ground floor. Plenty of seats and self-service kiosks for ordering, though the collection counter is a bit small. The staff is attentive and strives to provide good service. Don't forget to check for promotions on the McDonald's app before placing your order. Recommended!

Such a WASTE of my time. Ordered food via FoodPanda at abt 5ish close to 6pm. Waited for at least 1 hour and 40mins only to get cancelled because they couldn’t fulfil the many orders they accepted. Yet they think refunding back the amount plus a $4 off would appease me.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Never ordering from them again

On the 19th of March 2024 ordered McDonald for me and family to break fast, ordered 2hrs early and taught can get the food before we break fast...stated there that my order is big order so the timing will be Abit later ard 715pm and I'm still ok with it when I called the call centre she said that our food is still at the store and no riders available...the point is that what is the floor manager doing ..what is his/her plan in arranging this kind of cases...
