Abit confusing when entering for dining. No specific queue on if you are waiting for take away, for collection or for waiting to dine in. There was no one to guide the customer. Look like they are short handed. Disappointed with the popcorn chicken. Is cold and dry, must well remove from the menu.

Ordered delivery via Food Panda. - Sambal chicken taste good, sweet sambal and meat is juicy, nasi lemak rice is fragrant but too bad no sambal sauce. - Disappointed with the Original and Spicy Chicken, meat is dry and flaky, my young children doesn’t like at all. - Select no for cutlery, but serviette and straw also not given.

Visited during eating-out restriction to order take-away. Customer service management is far from acceptable level. Badly short handed hence they close the ordering counter leaving 2 self-ordering kiosks. All promotion meals were denied order if not in the kiosk menu. Definitely room for improvement. Food wise is okay, no complaint.

i ordered delivery for my 3 piece tender chicken meal and it arrived in 20 minutes! i also. The chicken stays true to its name, the inside is tender while the outside is crunchy. Overall, a good experience

Order popcorn chicken but end up give you nori yuzu bite which is extremely spicy will burn through your tongue. Contact through app and email but only tell you "thank you for your feedback" without any sincere desire.

Disappointed with the whole Korean chicken moment. Taste nothing and look nothing like the poster. You can see the picture attached.. Maybe the cheese fries taste like KFC’s and that’s all. Chicken burger came cold too. It was only 11.20am in the morning and they also almost got our orders wrong.. Ain’t visiting it again.

The WORST chicken and service average some of the staff were unfriendly Chicken: isn’t as good as Arnold or KFC or Popeyes, bland taste Mashed Potato: disappointing worst then KFC not worth eating this chicken This might be the worst fried chicken BAD

Chicken is juicy and tender for this batch. Ordered the salted egg chicken but the taste is not there yet. I dont really like the onion rings tho

Horrible food here. Mac & cheese ($6.40)was overcooked macaroni with gross nacho cheese sauce and popcorn chicken ($5) was just so pale and under seasoned. Definitely not worth the money. I wouldn’t pay $1 for it also.

please trust the bad reviews here. my boyfriend doesn’t waste food AT ALL but look at the amount of leftovers here. cant even call it food honestly. he ordered 3 pieces chicken, one of it was WET and had mashed potato remnants on it. and it’s all cold. the chicken breast even had a chewy texture with plain tasting liquid oozing out - not meat juice - and smelled of the freezer. if you wanna know what i mean you can go ahead and patronize this very outlet.

Ordering machine down, first customer of the day, expecting I’ll get fresh food. The chicken was super dry and hard. Paid extra for the tomyam flavor too. Really not worth it, can’t imagine for those who opted for deliver. Ordered large fries, the quantity are small size in large box. Dame disappointing. Do not want to make a fuss, but hope this feedback will make a turn around.

standard dropped so much. Fried chicken used to be super juicy, not now; honey biscuit used to be very aromatic, not now. Smashed potato as good as before. Taste 3/5

No manners and very rude ! When I approach them to say the receipt didn’t come out she was like what’s your number ? Who the hell knows what my number when I never get my receipt after the payment? Like can’t you come out and settle that first also expect me to just stand there and wait for them to call me lol !
