My mum bought a pink abaya for $240 , and when she sits down, it is tight and wanted to exchange but the shop says they don't exchange or refund but it is not stated in the receipt, very disappointed with the customer service 😑

Not many designs and bad customer service 😕, there is tag of the shop name stiched on the side of the dress, it looks like it was torn and patched up by the tag , very unglamorous.
