The service was great and staff were very polite. The mobile order encourages contactless and it was smooth. Ordered the Christmas cheese special which was $30 for a pizza, soup of the day and drinks. I just find it weird the pulling thingy wasn’t stretching w cheese as I always see on ads. Other than that it was nice.

The only dish that I cannot forget from my time in Singapore is the lasagne from Pizza Hut. It is always served hot and fresh, with just the right amount of cheese and sauce. I absolutely love it.

It has been a long while I last had Pizza Hut and to my surprise the lasagna tasted really nice. Both staff Juliana and Zed was really attentive and they stayed on their upmost best hospitality throughout my dine-in experience. Staff Zed especially, regardless of his background I could see he was well trained by the team and his efforts shone through. Keep up the good work.

Taste wise, it’s one of the better pizza huts around. But we had to wait over 30 mins for the pizza during weekday lunchtime 😣

Ordered pizza delivery from their online website; order was passed onto this branch. Estimated delivery time was listed as 6.58pm on their website. Received an sms from food panda somehow at 7.01pm instead stating they are using a food panda rider for delivery. Estimated delivery time was listed as 7.39pm instead, a whole 40minutes later! I could have collected the food myself from the outlet and took public transport back and would still have time to spare! Tracked the order via the link at 7.30pm. Noted the delivery rider was at the West Coast area in the OPPOSITE direction from where I reside (Clementi). Delivery time updated to 7.40-7.50pm! If you dont have your own riders why bother taking on delivery orders from your outlet? Absolutely ridiculous!
