Messy entrances. There is only one which they serve you so note the queue. Better than i imagined. Love the quantity of cheese fries. Chicken well fried. Staff friendly, pay upon ordering. Limited seats so come before crowded hours. Burger is okay, soft but comes with barbecue sauce, could have own made sauce.

IMO the concept is like those coffee shop western food stores that were very popular maybe ten years ago(?) Like those kind you can have some fried fish or chicken with two side and also have fried rice and pasta. But the package it and put the store in a mall. Food tastes like those western food, although they did include some local fusion elements inside. There were four entrances to the inside although we were technically only allowed to enter via one or two. Ordering was also v confusing and slow and could be improved

Tenderfresh provided an awesome experience. My Mum and I are greeted warmly and kindly by the staff. The chicken is as advertised: tender and fresh. I also enjoy the sides, especially the coleslaw. 😆 Overall, it's fantastic and I would definitely tell my friends and family about it! 👍👌🙏✨ 💯 Uphold the wonderful work! 👏

Let’s not talk about the ambience of Tenderfresh, mainly because it is a casual hybrid fast food sit-down restaurant and also given the pricing of the dishes, you wouldn’t expect much from the experience. You’re really just there to have a cheap decent meal and go. That’s what I thought of Tenderfresh, but I think there were other groups dining, that sat and talked for quite a while (quite loudly too if I may say so myself) Grilled Chicken Chop. Can’t really mess this up, chicken was cooked well, and they delivered their promise of crispy chicken skin. Brown sauce is without a doubt mass produced, but that’s to be expected from a fast food place. What I liked about the chicken chop was the variety of side dishes. For $9.50 nett, there was coleslaw, a good amount of fries and a piece of garlic bread. The side dishes have nothing to shout about, but they have that nostalgic homemade taste that comforts you. As for the spaghetti, despite keeping in mind that it’s from a fast food restaurant, I still thought that there was too much sauce, almost like a noodle soup. It was a little scary to consume the noodles lest I stain my shirt. Noodle texture was good, sauce didn’t disappoint and the chicken was nicely done too. Onion Blossom. To be honest, I was shocked when I saw it on the menu and ordered it to see how Tenderfresh would have it done. It’s quite a messy dish as seen from the pictures. I’m not sure how everyone else does it, but I eat the Onion Blossom by pulling out individual onions. When I tried that here, I ended up getting a finger full of crust. Eventually, we reached a stage where we had a naked deep fried onion. Other than that, the spices were quite accurate. In conclusion, awesome place for a quick good meal. Reasonably priced and friendly helpful staff.

Good place for a meal. Chicken is nice. Fries not that tasty. Their oven baked chicken is no longer on the menu. Kids will enjoy.

The food was served and totally different from the photos in menu !! Understand you guys are closing soon that is why we asked if we can still dine in and they said YES . so when we order this 2 dishes . It was served like that with no cherry tomatoes no parsley no fried crab leg as shown in the photo . So I went to counter and ask the staff . The auntie shout to the kitchen & ask those chefs “why didn’t “ put for me . So actually from here can tell that the auntie is already knew it should have comes with it ! BUT guess what , the replied from the chefs behind was like “is just for garnish, only for menu photo taking ”. I’m actually ok with it if they can just simply tell us they ran out of it . We customers are not dumb ! After realising from other customer reviews I’m more pissed ! You may just compare our food with your other customers review photos :)

First time and my last time. Most coffee shop western food will taste much better. Serving looks big due to french fries which is soggy. Had the crispy chicken chop which nothing fantastic and the lamp chop is dry and only 3 pcs with 40% fat on it😓 I don't recommend at all.

I was there on 4 Mar 2023 at 1 pm with my teenage boy. We ordered mushroom soup, fried chicken cutlet penny, fries and a platter with a mixed of various starters. Overall, the serving size was good but the food tasted greasy and we decided to only have such food once in two months. Total damage was $28.60.

I had the Laksa Prawn Spaghetti and my girlfriend had the Roasted Wing Rice. The food was really really good despite the stall being in the middle of nowhere. I cleaned my plate off even though i don't usually eat spicy food but if you can take abit of spice I highly recommend this place just don't expect anything in terms of service or atmosphere you paying for good food.

Their pastas are really really bland. Try not to order any pasta based dish cause they really don’t have any flavour 😭 Love the blooming onion and their salted egg chicken wings though.

The food was pretty good. We ordered the Mushroom Cream Spaghetti, Laksa Prawn Spaghetti, and the Cheesy Country Mushrooms. The Cheesy Country Mushrooms were huge, but they were a bit too oily for my liking. Both the spaghetti were delicious. Service at this store was very good too. Both me and the one at the counter forgot to about my mushroom soup set, but the waiter reminded me that I was missing a mushroom soup from my set :)

Trying Chicago Original Gino’s East pizza for the first time. I must tell you these pizza base are so thick with their excellent cheese. Venturing spinach state incurred some taste blocks. If there are more meaty pizza l may add in more of its pizza reviews. Enjoy the pizza in tropical country this type of pizza provided new food dimension. Can’t wait for Meaty Pizza soonest.

WORST TENDER FRESH chicken I ever eat!!! The Deep fried Mushroom looks big but in the end u get a tiny mushroom with a lot of batter flour crust outside! The fried is COLD!! The Fried chicken size is small and WORST of all is the wing not fully cook!! I bring over counter to show them. And they just take over the plate and give me the pager and tell me to wait.. Come on lah! So difficult to said SORRY meh! In the end they fried a wing and kept using scissor to cut around the wing. Wah lau! Come on lah!! Lousy sia.. the whole wing become like indo fry dried wing! What a disappointed meal I have in this outlet!! Swear never ever come back again!!!

It wasn’t full house but taking order was slow. Unsure if they are lack of staff but i had to queue about 15mins although there was only 3 person in front of me. The carbonara that i ordered for hubby need improvement. It tasted too garlicky for a carbonara.
