Ordered a drink with chicken sandwich. However, didnt want to have the mayo in the sandwich, hence opt for "no chicken mayo". Turns out getting an empty sandwich. For those ordering this next time, pls take note! Its my fault anyway not to have check, but utterly disappointed.

My mum was very interested with their cheesecake so we went specially to ordered it with flat white which comes with a Lotus Biscoff as well as getting a McChicken Value Meal. This outlet is often packed with patrons but their service was quick even with such a big crowd. But we cant help to noticed that the portion seems to be getting smaller. Overall it is still an ok fast food restaurant for a quick bite.

She's not happy when I asking take away because I clicked wrongly from the mechanic. Some of my fries fall on the tray and she didn't care show me the rude attitude and walk away. I stand that to wait until she come back face to me. I knew she's rushing but she still shouldn't show her bad face and bad attitude. Even if you don't need to be too professional, at least don't be rude. She's a malay women and a bit short. lol.........

A $5.40 caramel macchiato upon reaching home 1 hour later became like a normal fresh milk with a taste of sugar doesn't taste the coffee at all! So dissapointed.

I usually come by for supper orders. Food is great. The issue is always about the waiting time. Fast food becomes slow food. Minimally 15-20min waiting time. By then, your fries would no longer be hot. The outlet is full house with 20 people waiting at the collection area. There was only one passionate Malay guy calling all the order numbers for dine in / takeaway orders are ready. Operations team, please help to improve the efficiency. For example, activating staff who are idling to also help to call orders please. Thanks.

Where’s the top bun? Unlike dine-in customer, it is impossible for me to discover this in real time until I reach home and open the take-out box myself. And the point is you should have known this better and thus paid more attentions to take-out foods. And those lettuce fragments left me speechless…With reference to the date and time shown in attached receipt, can I have the staff in burger section during that specific time period being held accountable? They were able to close the cover but at the same time failed to notice the top bun was missing? Seriously? I even started to doubt if they were doing this on purpose. This should not be what I paid for.

Ordered took away,and so many things were wrong compared to what I ordered.not one but 2 burgers missing and what's worse is that the sharing box instead of the 12pcs nugget and 8 PCs wing,sharing box.i recieved 6 nuggets and 4 wings.i don't know what or how they were manning the counter but this certainly is by far the most horrendous experience I've had,got scammed like $10++

Super crowded during the peak hours. Waiting time can be long. You can see the service staff doing their best to clear the orders. I have only gotten my order wrong once. Noticed only after I returned home. Best to check your take-away orders before leaving the venue.

Would have rated 4.0 but after the renovations,they have removed McCafe which which now central woodlands doesn't have any mcafe till a new store have it,and which also means there's lesser options of drinks and desserts here at Causeway Point mcd but atleast the renovations is a improvement and there's more seats now, hopefully the service here improves

Had difficulty navigating the ordering kiosk, was told the system down, and my rewards points were not awarded. Perhaps the staff should go to Safra Yishun to be orientated and trained.

Just noticed that the bottom of my criss cut fries was filled with normal fries. Very disappointed with the food especially since I paid extra for the criss cut fries! Urging everyone to check their orders before taking away!!!
