The service was a little slower so I had time to take pictures of another store within this vicinity. My father was waiting for the order to be sent but not yet done as I was still wandering around level 3. The usage of the kiosk is simple and easy for us to order. For the dish, the food is prepared readily well done and the taste is fresh and delicious. I understand that some of the employees need more time to prepare the necessary orders for them and us as I saw just now.

There was plastic in my egg. Thankfully, I didn't choke or die from the plastic. They should cook their food properly and carefully.

This outlet is one of our regular hangout for breakfast. It was the first time ordering clam chowder with garlic bread, upon seeing the bread, we were amused by how thin and tiny the garlic spread was.... it was barely visible... hope the management will look into this

Never changed. Always slow like a tortoise. Even with the smaller space at Level 3 is much more worst. Used to be at B1. Better and efficient even bigger space. Haiyoo. Please change your people LJ.

Be prepared to wait 30 mins or more for your food. This is not fastfood. Their work speed is as though you are eating at fine dining Michelin restaurant One skinny Chinese staff dropped the fish on the table and picked it on and placed it back onto the food tray to be served to the customer.. I would not eat at this place if I can.. high chance of food poisoning.. above attached is the staff who served dropped food. He also treats customers with abysmal attitude. Like we owe him money. Would fire this clown if I am the owner

Champion for the Longest waiting time ever compared beating KFC to it. Order at 6.24pm..received 6.45pm. Sevice 1 star as it is all self service. Self order. Self pick up. Self dispose.

Went Long John Silver for dinner last weekend, the food was delicious at a very reasonable price. However the waiting time is abit long and there’s no one clean up the table~

Last time the chicken frank can span length reaching the other side of the box. Now is less than half. Portion wise drop drastically even thou I always eat at LJS. This is unacceptable.

In the bustling city of Singapore, there is an oasis of unexpected calm situated on the third floor of Jurong Point. Time seems to stand still and nothing moves as soon as you complete your order here. A step outside the boundaries of this outlet and you are jolted back to the fast paced reality of the lion city. A puzzling occurrence which the Physics departments of our local Universities should consider studying. We ordered two sets of toast this morning and had a seat after ordering. We looked up at the screen and realised that there were probably 15 orders pending and the restaurant was full. Upon closer inspection, we noticed that only one table had food. We should have known then that we had inadvertently signed up for a Sunday morning lesson on patience. After 15 mins of waiting, we saw that nobody had received their food but assumed that the kitchen was going to start serving orders by a big batch as we saw some trays being prepared. So we waited. After 30 mins of waiting, we started to have a sneaking suspicion that LJS took its mission of serving fresh food so seriously there was a field of wheat, cage of chickens and a tank of Alaskan pollock somewhere in the kitchen cabinets (similar to the wardrobe leading to Narnia). So we waited. Looking at their order screen we also realised there were people who had been waiting for close to 40 mins . After about 45 mins, we started to consider calling the authorities as we suspected that there might have been some incident in the kitchen that could have knocked everyone out. Luckily for us, we realised that there was also a bunch of police officers awaiting their food and everyone seemed to be fine in the back. So we waited for our food. Looking at their order screen again, we realised the same people had now waited for close to 50 mins for their food. After about an hour, it finally registered that we had just spent an hour being good, patient, understanding Singaporeans like our fellow citizens on National Day weekend awaiting their food and assuming that the kitchen was equally focused on clearing their backlog. So we did not wait for our food and asked the counter when we were going to be served. It was then that we heard the magic words “we are making your order now”. I could have sworn i heard a harp playing and saw a couple of angels flying by. After 65 minutes (60+5=65), we finally received our order. In a takeaway bag, when we had ordered dine in. When I was young, there used to be a bell to ring in LJS to alert them that customers were appreciative. It was today that i really missed having that bell to best express my gratitude. I’m sure my fellow breakfast batch mates were also missing that bell. And so we left the outlet during lunch hours having entered during breakfast. Looking forward to my next visit here, will probably bring cards and some snacks.

Ordered crazy potatoes take away, go home open see no cheese, pathetic portion. Look at the chips, only a few full size chips on top, below are crumps and small bits. Sell at $3.80, no cheese, broken chips, no wonder market as crazy potatoes.

Bought 3 piece chicken but only given 2 piece. Noticed it only after I went back home. Shouldn’t the staff make sure what they pack is right?
