Come here if you like to waste time waiting for food. Waited more than 1 hour already still no food. 1 staff in the front trying to do everything. Self kiosk machine only left one working. Read other reviews that it has always been like that. (Probably on purpose to slow down the orders coming in by having customers queue up instead!) Even the staff is lost on what to do next. One front staff, endless order. He is stressing out. Food is served cold as expected since it was there for a long time waiting to be served.

1 star to 5 stars This year, they had improve and we are here on off peak for the chicken fries and slushie. The place is much cleaner too. Increase in Man power is seen too. *based on what we observe during an media event Last year review Only 1 aunty making burger. Service IS VERY SLOW. The place wasn't packed, there are 4 staff behind the counter, didn't see any food delivery orders. Why so slow? Worse The burger is not hot at all. Ordering is by self order machine. DO NOT check ADD ICE to drinks and ADD SALT to fries, just look at the photos. Drink is spilling out with a mountain of ice and the salt is suppose to be added to the fries, not give me packets salt.

This unfortunately may be the slowest fast food restaurant known to mankind. Probably should be rebranded as slow food. Friday morning breakfast takes over 30 minutes for just a regular croissanwich. You’re better off visiting the ultra busy Mcdonalds down the street, you’ll get out food faster even if there’s 10x more people. Not a great option for visiting with hungry kids due to the long, long wait.

Overcooked nearly black onion rings, exchanged for a less darker batch 😂. Manager who attended to our order was replenishing the garbage bag and clearing the trash just before handling the cashier without washing his hands. A senior kitchen staff took over the order with his greasy gloves and handled the cashier. Amused and confused why BK would render such unhygienic food handling practises.

The whole place is smoky not sure if the ventilation is spoil or what. Picture can't really tell . Service is super slowwwwww. When our food was service the customize without salt fries is cold n sloggy.

ordered double beef turkey bacon but received this... come on la, doesn't even look like a bacon. Disappointed. Saw only like 2 staff working. Place was not busy when I was there.
