I bought their waffles which is great. Highly popular so be prepared to be in the line. I saw their sandwich menu and the ingredients looked really good. Price is also very reasonable. Will try that the next time.

Overcooked and burnt waffle. Poor quality. Extremely disappointing. Bought so many times, this is so terrible. Taste so lousy! Please change waffle-maker!

They know their waffle is popular but work so slowly and taking their own sweet time to make it. Waited 30mins and had to forgo it because i had to go back to the ward. Wasted my time.

Need to improve on your service etiquette. Waiting time 20 to 30mins, most of the customers dilligently including myself waited patiently. However when our 'Q' numbers got rumbled due to your overwhelmed orders, this we could not tolerate. Even when customers cancelled orders, there was no apology and not even our money refunded.

Bought 2 waffles here today 13 Jul 2023, chocolate and crunchy peanut, each at $2. Waited 30mins for waffles to be done Waffles are crispy thin crust, not much inner chewiness. Crunchy peanut doesn't have crunchy bites. Chocolate filling have a tint of salty after taste. Not my favourite waffles. I prefer some thickness and chewy texture on the inner.

Waffle standard varies between 1-5 stars, depends on who makes it. If it’s made by the elder lady, it’s great - 5 stars. If it’s made by a thin Chinese lady then it’s really bad - 1 star. 1 waffle can be uncooked & soggy while other waffle is overly dry and crispy, generally lesser spread and thinner as well. Avoid buying when her waffle station is manned by the younger Chinese lady

Well I have seen a dozens of comments and this is probably my 5th - 6th times buying waffles from here. It's quite obvious this shop waffles seem to be the hot selling item over other choices offered in this shop. Personally I am quite a waffles fan and if I were to order, I would only order from bedok mall B2 or this outlet. Any other outlet its either the taste and smell not as nice or just couldn't meet my taste bud expectation 😂 Well I agree queue can be quite long and very long waiting time even at 3pm+ but look that's why got so many people buy isnt it. So for those who wants to give them a chance to makan this waffles may have to manage your expectation on the waiting time like order already go plan do your things and come back based on estimation. Each incremental queue # is probably 3 mins. Finally EAT WHILE ITS HOT! cheers

Ordered waffles here, asked how long it'll take, was told 10 mins can collect, it's been half an hour and still not ready. When I see the number, there's more 17 people in front of me. 10 mins? Are they nuts? They are either blatantly lying so that u don't cancel your order or they are so incompetent that they don't know how to estimate the time needed.

Waffle is good. But the staff (see photo) has a horrible attitude towards customers.
