Was craving for an authentic Indonesian Bakmie. Since its my birthday, willing to travel just for bakmie🥰. Read negative reviews noodles bland and portion very small make me hesitate. Taste of the 2 different type of noodles were almost similar to indonesia street vendor i greatly missed. The saltiness just nice. I dont need the delicious sambal to make it more yummy n make me order another bowl. N portion is just nice. My daughter n i had one of the best food coma after the meal. Our first visit today but definately not gonna be the last. Will come back and bring the entire fam to this outlet as Jem dont have bakmie only indomie from online menu. The vibe here is very chillax. 🥰🥰🥰

I went to JCube outlet 2 years back. They provided very good service but that time chicken portion is small and Chili (lv5) was really not spicy. I went to the Hillion Outlet, service is still as pleasant, what I like is, Chili spice level did increase (lv7), they did improvise and chicken portion did changed. Price did increase as well but I like that D penyet do improvise themselves. Tauhu goreng is little disappointing as the sauce is sweet and taste like satay sauce. Other then that, I will recommend and go back again.

My family enjoyed our meal of the signature ayam penyet, ayam taliwang, tahu telor and sayur asem despite some of the more negative reviews. We ate early during lunch so could order in person versus using the screen, and had a conversation with a lady there about the spice levels as this was our first time there. The chicken were freshly prepared, and came piping hot. Even the mild sambal hijau (level 2) was quite spicy. The tahu telor came with a peanut sauce commonly used with gado gado, but it didn't make it less delicious. The fried egg bits were especially good. As this was prepared on order, we had to wait a bit for it. Overall, definitely worth a visit and decide for yourself the quality of the food and service. I would definitely revisit to try the latest chicken dish on the menu and the chendol, and for the friendly service.

Had experienced both dine-in and delivery. Both times the food was consistent. There are six levels of spiciness to choose from so everyone can enjoy at their own level. The Ayam Penyet chicken was crispy on the outside, moist and tender on the inside, and flavourful throughout. However, I found the rice quite wet - although I suspect that is the style. The Tahu Telor was not clawingly sweet, and the sauce had a little bit of spicy kick to it. The Bakmie looks plain, but is actually very flavourful and quite spicy. The pulut-hitam chendol is normal but the durian chendol is power! Staff were real nice, chirpy and accommodating and so were the customers - had a kampung atmosphere when we were there. Seemed like everyone was old friends. They just changed to an electronic ordering system which was very confusing because it did not explain that you have to find an empty table first before ordering for dine-in. Probably because of the dinner crowd and the staff was busy inside, there was no one to help manage the queue outside. There was only one queue for both dine-in and take-away, so everyone was queuing outside not knowing what to do. Those who were ordering take-away didn't know their order had already been prepared and those who were dining in didn't have a table even though the order was already prepared. If not for the wet rice and ordering confusion, I would give this 5-stars. Will definitely visit again.
