This outlet serves lots of kids as there’s a lot of kids activities in this safra. So it tends to be a bit noisier. The food is ok as usual. The drinks are also ok not very fantastic. Safra members have 10% discount.

Family friendly restaurant with a wide variety of western ranging from pasta to steak. Portions are quite big with the 2 side dishes included in a meal!

Good serve, big portion 😋 Value for money Tasty rice is yumm! 👍 French fries need improvement pls.. Roof beer float ice cream is too icy 😪

It’s 8.06pm now and our food has yet to arrive. We only ordered 2 main dishes how long can it take to cook… we have waited for more than 45 min (see receipt)!! The place is not even full please. Should have went to another restaurant that we wanted instead. Raised our hand and the staff just show a hold gesture. 5-10 min later still no food. No apologies as well. Service is so bad 🙄

When asking staff for children cutlery,was told “it’s over there. “ in a unlabelled and unmarked drawer. We had to take our own children plates. Look at the picture below. Does it say anywhere that cutlery is there? When my son spilled a full cup of drink. No one noticed or cared. The wait staff walked pass and kept on walking to the table beside us to clear the plates from previous diners. Staff have a attitude of don’t see don’t know don’t need to do. Well done. We had n other choice but to eat here. With todays service. I now rather go back in the car and go elsewhere
