Ordered the 1-for-1 double fillet O fish burger as takeaway and one of the burgers came with a single filet of fish only. Seems like this outlet is notorious for missing out on items.

Service is extremely bad I ordered 3 upsize meals, and when I asked for the big cardboard paper bag to carry all the meals safely, the staff refused to give the bag and said the bag was "only for morning orders". Ended up having to hand carry 3 paper bags orders with drinks and coffee spilled everywhere cause she refused to give a bigger bag.

Queue number appeared on "Serving now", but no food was ready at the counter. Not the first time receiving missing items from this outlet. Ordered honey butter shaker fries but no powder flavouring given. Selected curry sauce to go with the nugget (at the self kiosk) but no sauce was given. Luckily checked the items before I left the outlet.

Food takes awhile to be ready when it is peak hour. It gets really crowded during peak hour so you may have trouble finding a seat.

service VERY VERY SLOW…. I suggest customers: NEVER MAKE BULKY ORDERS! I ordered meals for my whole family and they served me the very last, until the numbers behind mine on the screen all disappeared but mine was still there, and they were serving new batch of order numbers as if mine number was not existing…. the staff explained the food was not ready; the manager tried her very best to keep no eye contact with us…Amazing…..…. Is it true to prepare the food is soooo hard and time consuming? Isn’t it a fast food restaurant? SUGGESTION to customers:: if you order Take Out, Make your orders small, and order many times if you need to buy more meals, then you might get your food faster….OR order Eat In, they might serve Eat in first… may or may not, you’d better avoid this restaurant… anyway,I am still very disappointed 😔 P.S. we waited for more than 30min to have my number appeared under the “now serving”, when it finally appeared there, we quickly went to collect, but no one was attending us, we asked the staff, the answer was: they would manually called our number, it seemed they were blaming us to approach the counter for nothing. my order number appeared on the screen under “now serving”, but it is NOT READY, we waited for another 30 minutes more! Since there is such a number system, why not use it correctly? Since our meal was not ready, why our number was under “now serving”, not “preparing”? Was this a way of cheating for a good record of serving timing? I have to say, it’s so bad: no honesty!! no quality!! no service!!

DAMN BLOODY SLOW THIS OUTLET mcdonald's is understaffing all their outlets islandwide, thats true, but this outlet really sucks the staff are so busy and they don't wanna entertain me when my order number is already past. they don't make ice cream in advance for mobile orders, so i have to keep keep keep chasing until they finally make for me pro tip: if u mobile order ice cream, don't order ice cream alone. order some fries or something too then they'll attend to you

Just avoid this outlet on weekends. Waiting time can be from 30 to 50min depending on your luck. My takeaway order took close to 40min. And look at the mini fries You might be better off walking for 5 min across the tampines hub to the McDonald's at the tampines interchange. There's two there. It is worth the walk as you get your food within the standard mcd KPI. I understand that the staffs were overworked, overwhelmed, stressed with the volume of orders that they were not able to smile anymore, but the management is responsible and at fault for this hellish experience.

Tried the Nasi Lemak Burger. Will not order it again bse it lacks the nasi lemak sambal taste. It is more sweet than expected. Think I'll stick to my usual McSpicy Chicken, the best!

I got held up at work and collected my meal 1h late. Ms Rosanna (Malay lady manager) was very nice helping me find the order and changed a new set of hot food for me without my prompting. Thank you for the great service!

Even during non-peak hours, when most tables are empty, staff at Tampines hub MCD can still miss my order (Sausage McMuffin set meal) when there are less than 5 people in line (Only 4 including me). I was the first to finish ordering from the kiosk while the rest of the people were still queuing/ordering at the counter; my number clearly appeared before the other numbers; yet, my order was ignored and was not called to the end even after all of the customers had left. When my order was not fulfilled, they simply cleared away all the orders on the screen. So I wait to see if my order will be ready, but no one is working on it. I had to move forward and query the staff, who seemed confused and asked me for my time of order while the receipt was in her hands, which I had already provided to her to check. The service standard is deplorable, with no apology or explanation from the employees for the missing order. Just a simple thank you?!when they finally pass me my food. It's not like they're overcrowded; there are only two people working the order including manager, yet they still missed my order. To make matters worse, the muffin was extremely hard and chilly. Feels like mcd service nowadays is incomparable to the past when the staff are efficient and greets customers.
