Bought a 'you tiao' earlier on Sunday (21 Aug 2022) and was very disappointed. It was not even warm or crispy at all. Ended up throwing it away. Really need to do some quality control like the Tampines branch. Will not buy from the Paya Lebar branch again!

Second time I bought cold goreng pisang here! Their goreng pisang was hot and crispy at Nex. They are ruining their entire chain’s reputation with this stall!

When I first approach him he says that the stall open at 9:00, but when I asked for porridge he told me to come back at 9:30. I hope the stall manager can look into this. Either you can get someone else who can do better.

Ordered 2 youtiao & 3 salted buns. Paid $5.70 but aunty only packed the buns. No youtiao. She did charge us for it & I only knew after I got on the train. Felt so cheated. Buns also felt cold & stale.

order 3 youtiao and 1 carrot cake. the aunty just keyed the price for me to pay. I ask her what was the total price, she didn't reply. and I only saw the on top price $4.9, but didn't notice there was a $0.3 discount. so I just transferred the money. at the end she found out the price didn't match, I asked her just now you didn't say there was a discount. Do you know what she replied, she said: I already showed you the price on the screen, you paid wrongly wasn't my fault! and then pushed my item away. to be honest, I didn't care about that $0.30, instead, her attitude made me very frustrated. Frankly speaking, I love your youtiao, but usually I won't buy from Singpost, reason 1 was this auntie's attitude, always didn't want to reply and showed face to customer, I really don't understand why makes her at the front line. Reason 2 was their quality not so good as other outlet. Hope the boss can do something. Thanks.

Visited this store today. The you-tiao were soft n cold. Service was disappointing. the way the counter lady pack the food was unhygienic. Half the food on table counter. Feedback to her nicely. She wasn’t happy and dump threw my food in the plastic bag. What a service ! Dough Culture , kindly up keep ur service level thru out all your outlets. The services from other outlets were good though. Thank you.

Bought sweet potato today and when the indian lady return my change she just throw the coin on my hand ending up the coins drop behind the register. If u not happy dont work. Stay home.
