Short review: AVOID going to this outlet! If you are planning to go to Domino's and particularly to this outlet and if you are reading this review then I would suggest you to go somewhere else. Poor staff: The staff is uncouth and very rude. They do not care about whether we want to place an order or not. They don't care to attend to any of the customers. I had a coupon and he didn't bother to look into it and explain the offer. Bad pizza quality: I ordered 2 kinds of pizza and apparently both had the same taste and were very awful. Never expected this from Domino's outlet. Though I managed to click beautiful pictures and shoot videos. Don't forget to check it out. Also, upvote if you find my review helpful!

What I witnessed here is absolutely disgusting. A customer and employee had a very minor disagreement. The store manager (a short guy) stepped in. Instead of the store manager trying to resolve the situation, he escalated and threatened to fight the customer. Another customer tried to stop the store manager, then the manager tried to fight second customer. I will be reporting this incident to the correct authorities. The store manager’s actions were unacceptable, and should be terminated from his position. If the store manager is a foreigner (he might be), he should lose his work pass and be asked to leave Singapore

This branch of Domino’s is a total fraud! Avoid them and avoid even ordering from them through delivery applications! I have order the night of 28 Nov and they didn’t deliver my order while on the application they showed it is delivered! I think similar cases happened to other customers from the reviews I looked into. They don’t even deserve a 0.1 star !

I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza. Its fresh, tasty and generous with toppings. The fresh basil and slices of fresh button mushrooms was phenomenonal. Every mouthful was a delight. Although this outlet caters mainly for delivery and takeaway there are ample seats for dining in.

One of my all-time favourite pizza places! Outlet at Stanley St is rarely packed, should be able to get seats almost all the time. Encountered a queue once, but that’s due to a special ongoing lunch promo. My personal favourites: CLASSIFIED CHICKEN pizza, grilled chicken as well as the molten lava cake. Staff were friendly, food was good, great experience eating there! :)

Good pizza at decent price. Located at tanjong pagar and there are seats available in this location. Wasn’t very crowded during lunch but there were quite a number of people getting takeaways.

Dont even try to order via Grab. They are scammers! I ordered two pizzas, around 30 USDs or 45 Singapore Dollars. It took lots of time after the message:"Out for delivery" appeared. Then the Grab driver told via App:"Order delivered" but there was NO delivery!!!!

Staff was rude and unapologetic when our order was more than 2 hrs late. The line was busy and we could not call in to check what had happened. It was only when he called us to cancel our order that we got to know their system was in a mess. Disappointing.

Online ordered at 630pm and end up no pizza arrived at all! The number is always a deadline and until now I am trying to get my refund back. What a joke and waste of time.

You have to be kidding me. After standing at the counter, watching some guy make a pizza. The guy comes to the front looks at me put tape on a box and leaves. A little bit after that a driver comes and asked me a question and I start talking and he says OK and leaves. I would expect this in Thailand, but not in Singapore. Total garbage service.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I went to Domino's Pizza branch today. The manager's behavior was incredibly rude and lacked basic manners when dealing with customers. I had placed an online order for self-pickup and went to collect it during lunchtime. However, due to the high volume of orders, I was informed that it would take approximately 2 hours to prepare my order. Understanding the situation, I requested to cancel my order, and the staff informed me that the refund would take 7 working days to process. After waiting for 2 weeks, the payment was finally completed, so I decided to visit the shop to confirm if my order had indeed been cancelled. However, upon speaking with the manager, I was met with complete disregard and was ignored when seeking assistance and clarification regarding my cancelled order. This level of customer service is unacceptable and leaves me extremely dissatisfied. I hope that Domino's Pizza takes this matter seriously and ensures that such incidents do not occur in the future.

I had a highly disappointing experience at Domino's Pizza on Stanley Street in Singapore. The waiting time was ridiculously long, leaving me and other customers frustrated and hungry. The customer service was appalling, with staff members showing little regard for our concerns and displaying a complete lack of professionalism. To make matters worse, when I requested a refund for the unsatisfactory service, I was met with resistance and ultimately unable to get my money back. I strongly advise avoiding this establishment at all costs, as the overall experience was extremely poor and not worth the hassle.
