Really really ordinary. Feels like a pop up cafe in the middle of Paya Lebar Mall, decided to pop in for a drink as there were no other customers at the time. We ordered some cold brew coffee and sparkling tea, both of which were nice but not outstanding. Since these were bottled drinks, i dont think the cafe brewed them but merely got them from another brand. Also ordered a stack of fluffy pancakes with passion fruit syrup. The combination didn't go very well as the syrup was slightly sour. The pancakes did jiggle for our photos but the taste was also very ordinary. Pass!

Tried a few such Fluffy pancakes restaurants. Most of them have texture like McDonald’s hotcakes. However, the pancakes at Fluffy Stack has good texture that is bouncy and soft and yet not too chewy. So it’s just right. Slicing thru the pancakes and they aren’t damp. You need to pair up the pancake with their ice cream as they couple with each other. Why not 5stars 🤔. Something is missing on the food presentation.

After meal dessert at Fluffstack to share with my friend. Took awhile before our dessert was served because they made the souffle on the spot. A mix of sweet and sour taste coming from the mango and passion fruit which made the overall taste just right. Just that the souffle ain't jiggly. Ordered teas to go with the dessert too. They used Gryphon tea bags. Halal dessert place so more options for Muslim friends.

The mango passionfruit sago soufflé pancake was very very sour. The croffle was drizzled with honey and icing sugar. It was a perfect combination with an additional scoop of coconut ice-cream. The coconut flavour tasted better than the mango ice-cream. The handcrafted passionfruit beverage was definitely refreshing on a scorching hot day. The price of the desserts were on the high side.

Recently we tried the desserts at Fluff Stack @ PLQ mall on a weekday after our lunch . We ordered the mango passion fruit souffle pancake and croffles. Both desserts tasted quite ordinary though the dessert presentation is appealing. Prices are also on the high side.

The Mango pancakes are delicious. Good balance with the cream, passion fruit and mango. Added the salted caramel ice cream, which was good by itself but didn’t go very well with the pancake.

Lol. I must have been too tired to think. Ordered, paid and got a lil shock by the price. Haha. However, it is my own fault for not checking price lah. I’m totally not a croffles/waffles lover. But pretty impressed by this one. Managed to finish it with the kid. Salted caramel icecream might be a tad too salty for some. Bottom layer of waffles covered in more blueberry sauce. I also don’t like blueberry but surprisingly it matched and tasted quite ok. So I would still say it’s money well spent since I could barely finish 1/3 of croffles/waffles. In case you are curious… This plate costs $19+.

Had went past this restaurant a couple of times. Finally, we decided to walk in and give it a go. We had Strawberry Cheese Pancake and Classic 1838 Classic Croffles with one scoop of salted caramel. Both cost $14.50 each and were photo ready. We thought the croffles tasted better and better value for money while the pancakes were fluffy and less sweet.

Nice fluffy pancakes, consistent with what we used to get at the Tampines One outlet. However, it took 20 min after ordering for the pancakes to be served, even though the outlet was only half filled at the time. This was a surprise because the Tampines One outlet usually took half this time, even when it was full. It is a pity that the Tampines One outlet is now closed.

Been walking past it every time we come by. Finally tried it. Good presentation of food. Taste is just normal. Good service. Not something I will crave for after the first time.

Went here after lunch to have dessert, also a pretty nice place to chill. Ordered a mango passion fruit soufflé pancake for both myself and mum to share. Require some waiting time to prepare the pancake but it was totally worth it. Very soft and love the texture of it. Both Passion fruit and mango are fresh and these 2 fruits are such great combination together - sour & sweet. Overall it's pretty light and refreshing, love it!

Cinnamon Croffles was beyond this world!!! The ice creams - COCONUT&SALETED CARAMEL were GOLD standard! I would skip the Mango Passion Fruit Pancake - the passion fruit sauce was too sour.

Dessert is good. Pretty nice. Waiting time is around 10-20 minutes for dine in. Price wise, expensive but reasonable considering the location and environment. Still within the affordable margin. My family enjoyed it alot though. Will come again for sure ❤️👍🏾

I personally enjoyed their croquettes with ice cream! Ice Latte wasn't too bad too! I tried their dark chocolate ice cream and Salted Caramel! The chocolate ice cream had additional chocolate in it and I love the texture. The Salted Caramel tasted really good too. Definitely recommended ! They have soufflés too! Yet to try!

The fluffy pancakes are made in store and the quality varies depending on which kitchen staff made it. Most of the time, the pancakes are tasty. It took around 20 minutes for them to prepare the pancake dish that I ordered. It could be faster.

Went after our Sunday lunch. Love the waffles but the Macha was just ok. Service is good and there’s variety in the menu.

I would repeat. Tried the pancake salted caramel. Couldn’t tell if it came with any ice cream. (It doesn’t, ice cream is an add on). The Cheese foam goes well together.
