Long waiting time, staffs were busy chatting and rude! The cashier was a chinese guy and the staff preparing the pretzel is a malay woman with specs. Both staffs were very rude. If they are so unwilling to work in the service line, they might as well quit.

Imagine our surprise seeing Auntie Anne’s here! Take a trip down memory lane with any of their warm toasty pretzels. They had most flavors available when we went on a Saturday and of course we had to get a cinnamon sugar pretzel. Delish as always!

Pleasant food with unpleasant experience. Please kindly send your cashier (Malay auntie with specs) that is doing cashiering on her morning shift on the 6 Aug 2022 back for customer service training. Rude as heck and do not bother to inform customers that Changi Rewards can only be done before payment. No doubt there is a small sign but seriously when we are trying to make payment where got time to read that puny small sign?

The best Pretzel I've ever had! This is my favourite. The sour cream & onion flavour is sooo yummy!

Bad service, came at 11.16 am n staff still say its not open yet when they are supposed to be already opened. 21st Aug 2023. Huge disapointment coz I used to be a huge fan of this chain.

Closed so early and service is bad. Please close this shop down as it’s a disgrace to Singapore being in changi airport.

For a tourist and local hotspot, customer service could be better. Visited today before peak period. Stood there waiting for staff to take order. 1 gal in blue was busy prepping. Eventually the gal in blue served us. Sadly, No greeting, no to thank you. Hope customer service can improve to complement the beautiful atmosphere.

I loved the pretzels. My standard order is almond pretzel with caramel sauce and lemonade. The freshly baked pretzels at noon is so good. the lemonade taste funny, like theres an ants infestation in the tank or cups. I can smell the ant smell. Do not order the drinks at least. The staff looked so glum.

Customer service is just bad … lady serving me did not had a sense of urgency , had a long queue behind me and she was still taking her own sweet time to serve the customer infront of me. Went around 7pm and most flavours are already sold out.

Visited again on 8/1/24 at 8.03pm. Staff told me they have kept most of the flavors. Closing time is only at 9pm. Ridiculous staff attitude. So you keep all your flavors an hour ahead of closing time and tell customers everything is sold out so that you can chit chat there? Long waiting time, staffs were busy chatting and rude!
