ordered mini bites chicken crunchies for $3.50 and only got 5 pathetic looking small pieces of chicken , come on you can do better than this dominos

I ordered Alfredo Prawn and Extravaganza pizza. I WAS ALMOST DYING, I lived in the TOILET 2 days @#=?&%() you asked me on a forum: Do you suggest dominos to your friends? Just to enemies for a painful death.

Very poor service, disgusting service. Ordered pizza at 5:45PM, expected delivery time was 6:17 PM. After an hour the order is still processing, then I called customer care. Customer care told it will take another hour to deliver. Two hour for pizza delivery! Even a third class shop can do better than that. Worst service ever

I wait delivery for ~2 hrs still not recieve. After I called, they told me have to wait another 1.5hrs more.... If I need to cancel, I have to liaise myself with foodpanda. Else I need to wait 7 days for the refund. Not recommend order from here, poor management.

Quite possibly the worst domino's pizza outlet. The staff are absolutely rude to all customers. And they're unresponsive to customers. You can be literally standing in the store at the cashier for 5 minutes, and nobody will take your order or acknowledge your presence. What a weird bunch. Please train your staff properly. Pizza is alright, though.

I ordered my Pizza at 7:58 am and was tracking the same. The order was in Quality testing stage. Then I received a call from the Dominos Holland village Branch at 9:25 PM ( 1:30 hours Later!!!) that they would not be able to deliver the order! We didn't get the food and we didn't receive the refund as well I have been trying to reach out to the branch for refund and no response! Need this to be escalated and addressed at the earliest

Received wrong items. Order and paid for regular and received small(personal). Such mistakes is inappropriate. Understand they r busy but riders should check their order before delivery.

disgusting, I placed order at 7 and the promised delivery time is 7:35, and now it's 8:05, the order is still `preparing` even not `baking` while I'm using `sorry I'm late voucher` for last time 3 hrs late delivery nice try, dominos wouldn't trust again

Pizza is just standard dominos so no high expectations, but delivery is absolutely terrible. On multiple occasions, delivery has taken 2+ hours. Very disappointing.
