Visit the restaurant today, not very welcoming by the mgr filipino old lady. As a host she should be leading us to the table not direct us with your lips pointing. When we went to wrong table you are mot happy. Ordered the petai bun, chicken pau, stuff crab, siew mai, prawn dumpling lo ma kai and char kway teow. Food: food is good. The sambal that goes with the char kway teow is awesome. Speechless 8/10 Service: need improvement. Except for the chinese aunty in grey, she is friendly. The rest if those in black sleeve or black tee, need to learn to be friendly from the waitress aunty. 4/10 Overall: 6/10 Will I come back? Maybe, if the service improve. If do probably only for take away.

📍Located at Parkway Parade Level 1, PappaRich. We were welcomed by the staff the moment we reached and got seated immediately. 🥰The ambience ok with comfortable seating. Slightly noisy with bigger groups around.🙉 😋Asian dishes on menu.. with nice pictures! 🤗Our food came fast and true to pics! Very nicely presented!😍 😋Dishes served hot and strong in aroma for curries! Nasi Lemak with curry chicken and Sambal prawns: 🍗Chicken leg was tender and nice. 🦐Prawns were fresh and not too spicy. 🥒Cucumber slices abit too thick for me. Generous serving of ikan bilis with nuts. Chicken curry laksa: 🍜Hot soup! Not gelak and seriously flavourful. 😍Fresh cockles and ingredients ! 👍 Spicy level just right. 🌶Sambal chilli served on the side as well. 🤔Service staff look grouchy and not so friendly. Tend to crowd together to chat. When we needed something, we waved and made eye contact with one of the lady and she just stared back at us without coming over. Hmmmm i wonder if she expected us to shout across to her what we need.😖 👍Recommended for the good food and nice ambience.

The last time we ate at PapaRich was in Taiwan’s 101, and that was a few years ago. As it was one of the eateries that was open, we decided to pop in. In essence, the food is like its rival, Old Town White Coffee, but somehow it has retained its standards, while OTWC has gone downhill slightly. Prices are comparable, but the food is better here. We went for the fried chicken and sambal nasi lemak, as well as the beef rendang nasi lemak. Both dishes were well presented, and quite tasty. In fact, my wife mentioned the beef rendang was as good as the more famous restaurants around Sultan Mosque. The ikan bilis and kacang were fresh and crispy. The only negative, if I can call it that, is the chilli is rather too sweet and lacks spiciness. The coffee and teh tarik were nice, and less sweet as requested. Service was polite, friendly and quick.

Service and food was good. Ordered watan hor fun n bee hoon combo. Serving was good for sharing. Nasi lemak with fried chicken is still as good. Kang kong balance is nice too - ask for less salt for healthier choice!

Surprisingly good and value for money. Had more stuff but forgot to take photo as was too hungry. The fried chicken skin was divine! But need to share otherwise too jelat for one person. But oh so divine. The curry chicken laksa noodles was so good too but quite a lot for me (but maybe cos I was stuffing myself with the chicken skin). The steamed otak was nice too and goes well with the sambal chilli that came with the laksa. On its own the otak would not have been so nice. Also had the curry chicken chop not in the photo cos forgot to take. The crispiness of the chicken chop just as nice as the chicken skin and the curry to go with the chop yummy. The place is certainly understaffed so be patient and nice to the wait staff cos they are trying their best. The menu photos don’t do the food justice. The real food so much more appetising looking.

We had some bad experience today in PapaRich (PP). We ordered a basket of fries for kid and when it served, the fries were cold and dark color. We requested for a hot on and the waitress took it inside the kitchen and came out only with a re-cook fries. It is very obvious they deep fry again in oil and serve it to you. There is no point we argue there but to put in my bad experience we had here. Another dish we ordered was Ipoh chicken HorFun, but when it served the HorFun was crumped together and the standard had dropped so much as compared to our past few visit.

I visited the outlet at Parkway Parade and the service rendered by Rochell and May was exceptional!! Kudos and. Keep up the impeccable service. John and Rochelle service never failed to meet my expectations. I am a frequent customer of Pappa Rich. I always comeback not only because of the delicious food but because of the Excellent Service provided by the team led by John and May. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Was a quick and easy meal. Nasi Lemak with Beef Rendang was tasty albeit the price is a little high (if you compare to what you would pay is Malaysia 😅). Service staff were efficient and friendly.

We have been here umpteen times. The quality of the char kway teow has certainly dropped from previously. It is more moist, tastes “eggy” and loss the chewy n bouncy texture. They need to bring the old chef back!! Service crew remains superb and only that may bring us back! Did a follow up this morning (24 Dec) to see if our previous experience was a one-off case. Regretfully, it is the same. The toast and steam bread we ordered did not taste as what we expected and recall. We will give this outlet a miss over the next few months.

I have been patronising your restaurants at both Kinex (closed now) and Parkway Parade. While I do enjoy all my meals there, there is one dish I did feedback in person has not change for the better is Otah fried rice. The papadum that comes with it is something needs drastic improvement. I am no Master Chef but any one who had eaten papadum before will attest what serve at your restaurant would be one if not the worst in SG. I can buy from any Indian food stall including those located in hawker centres and they are many times better. At least those are crispy and not oily. What serve at your restaurant tasted like rubber band, go conduct mystery shopper test to taste it if you are serious to improve the standard. Meanwhile I will still continue my visits to your restaurant just will skip any dish that accompany with papadum. Hope this feedback will actually be look into it. P.S. The function to feedback on Paparich website is not functioning. Loyal customer

I used to frequent PappaRich when there was an outlet near home, but ever since it closed several years ago, this is the first time I've dined at PappaRich in a long time. The menu is different from what I remember. There are several— I mean SEVERAL— dishes I wanted to try, but we resorted to getting the Curry Chicken Nasi Lemak, Beef Rendang Nasi Lemak, and the Kang Kung Belachan. Need to prioritize, you know. LOL. The dishes were delicious, though sinful. We enjoyed them very much. The restaurant was noisy, with random sounds from the walkway outside (open concept) and loud-speaking diners from the dining area. Not a very conducive environment to dine in. It’s not the restaurant's fault though. The groups should have behaved themselves.

Spacious restaurant. Attentive staff. Food is alright and there's many varieties to choose. Dim sum takes a long time to arrive.

I am giving this compliment to the Manager May and the team, I appreciate for the outstanding service that I and my family received from you all on my dine in. They are very helpful and attentive to our needs. She goes extra mile giving us a warm water to break our fast. My family really appreciate it. Thumbs up May & Team

Nasi Lemak, char kuey teow and hor fan are all good. Nothing extraordinary, just good food. What’s extraordinary is a hair found in the char kuey teow 😅
