Tried the fried cauliflower rice with grilled chicken, kale and chilli ($2.5 upgrade from normal fried rice). Interesting and tasty enough, and good that they have this healthier option. Though will likely go back to having the original egg fried rice again the next time.

Got their Xmas edition “Truffle Fried Rice Max”! It also came with a pretty Xmas edition takeaway box! And the moment I opened it, there’s a strong earthy truffle smell! But the fried rice does not have an overpowering truffle taste, which was good. And same as their egg fried rice, it was coated with many eggs! The cheesy chicken bratwurst was snappy and there was lots of cheese inside! Actually it also came with dried cranberries and macadamia nuts in the fried rice but I requested not to add them because I don’t like sweet or crunchy stuff in my fried rice. 😛 Haha!

This is an amazing and lovely place to eat inside Raffles City, City Hall. Amazing hospitality, amazing food, amazing staff and amazing prices... 👏 😀 😋.. Definitely worth enjoying here...

Everything you need for a great fried rice in a deceptively small box. The Japanese rice was fluffy and distinct, and if you can take spicy , add the chilli for the extra kick! Most importantly as the name suggests, there’s great Wok Hey! 🤤🤤🤤

Fantastic and fast I was at wok hey and ordered via the website. Super simple instructions to order and collect. Everything was swift. Both Hafiz And Yew Kong were friendly and friendly. Food taste great and price affordably. Honestly nothing to complain about.

Was there about an hour ago. The girl behind the counter told me it's half an hour wait. I expected to wait so I ordered 1 chicken ramen. After paying, and walking 2 steps away, I heard the frying chap said to his colleagues: "why the woman so stubborn, told her half an hour, still want to order!" Huh??? When I went back to pick up, that chap wasn't there. So, if he wants to go off work to do whatever, maybe he should tell the boss to put a sign 'Not accepting order!".

My entire family simply loves the menu offerings by this outlet here newly established at basement of Sun Plaza. They have wide variety of options of fried rice, ramen, Udon for patrons to choose from. We have ordered a couple of times for delivery and the food deliverd is still hot and delicious without effecting the flavour. They also have healthier choice of brown rice for this looking to have a healthier and balanced meal. Have also tried their take away option orders from one of the delivery platform. Recommended for anyone who loves fried rice otr ramen.

Ordered egg fried rice with scallops together with Brussels sprouts and tobiko. Ended up with one WITHOUT any Tobiko! Totally going to be 1* for this. Food wise it did taste a bit salty. Portion was so-so for the price. --- Updated rating from 1* to 3* due to service recovery following presentation of receipts and affording of a service recovery voucher by the CSO.

Ordered Crab Udon but received plain Udon with eggs. Contacted customer service and was granted a refund within 3 working days. Would suggest a staff to manage the ingredients instead of relying on the chef.
