Wow!!…🙆🏻‍♀️fried thai chicken and beef noodles are a bang for the buck!! Came many times and never fail to disappoint. Standard is always maintained. Not sure about the comments about the uncle, but hes doing his job and is very polite, sociable .Maybe learn to show some basic courtesy to your elders. Recommended for affordable food in Jewel.

My first time ordering for a family of 2.5. Wife ordered Thai Grilled Chicken Noodle (Soup) while I ordered Yum Thai Salad Glass Noodle with Crispy Chicken. They were heavenly. My dish is a little spicy as forewarned by the counter staff. Despite their prices, the meals were filling as they are generous with their chicken portions. Surprisingly, the chicken stayed crispy as the cooks strategically position the meat downwards thus little contact with my wet glass noodles. Their fried fish is also a bonus as the daughter finished all but 2 pieces. My daughter ended up finishing my Iced Lime Thai Tea while I had to swap for the wife's Soda Mango Nectar. Our only regret is not taking photos of the dishes ordered.

After bearing the cold for 2 hours in Shaw Theatres, it was time to warm ourselves with something soupy. Thankfully, we stumbled upon Saap Saap Thai at Jewel Changi Airport. This time, we ordered the Beef Boat Noodle Deluxe (with an assortment of beef such as brisket, beef slices, tendon and beef balls) as well as the Tom Yum Beef Deluxe ( the Tom Yum version of Beef Boat Noodle Deluxe). For drinks, we had the Cha Red Tea Jelly. Saap Saap Thai is indeed a gem! For the price above, we had copious amounts of beef and tendon, so much so that we were passing ingredients to each other because there was simply too much in one bowl. As for the soup, the beef noodle soup was rich and savoury. On the other hand, the Tom Yum was fiery! For more details, visit 2bearbear

Bought this combo meal (chicken boat noodle, mango glutinous rice and iced thai milk tea) at $16.90. The boat noodle is very tasty and flavourful, with lots of sliced chicken.

First time trying the food here with colleague during lunch. Ordered the beef boat noodle deluxe, kra-Pao basil chicken with Rice and the Thai milk tea. The noodles is a little too soft and the chicken is too big piece to be kra-pao and the tea is just warm and not sweet. Overall it’s just average for the food and drinks.

Really poor customer service and even slightly xenophobic which is a surprise given that this outlet mainly caters to tourists. Disappointed to see and hope they are just having a bad day. The food was ready in just a couple of minutes which is great for travellers.

It’s ok for a quick meal if you happen to be around here and craving some Thai cuisine. For the real deal or anything more serious, I would go some place else. The broth here is decent so-so and at least it didn’t make me thirst after. Wished there’s more veggie and sprouts. Good mix of beef cuts. Rice noodles are chewy authentic. Overall ok but they did not have any dip or sauce for the meat.

****SCAM**** : "KRAPAO BASIL BEEF", is a scam. It should not be called such, because I don't see ANY hint of basil in my dish. I checked again with the Server, "Is this R3?", and she said "Yes". You claim to have authentic Thai menu, but i beg to differ. i was served bland beef with a paltry side of glass noodles and rice. No hint of basil taste AT ALL!

The food is quite good, ordered the Thai Green Curry (Chicken) with rice and Crispy Chicken (~12$). The staff is friendly. The view from their seating area is great too :)

My friend wanted to explore some food other than western food. So we went to B1 and saw this saap saap thai. I ordered for seafood tom yum, with sparkling soda with I think purple yum on top, and my friend ordered for a beef with rice and her drinks is a thai milk tea with mango ice cream. And since it's a thai food, mango sticky rice should not be forget. Firstly, the tom yum seafood is average , well I ate all the seafood in there, like shrimp, mussel, and squid, and crabmeat, the soup itself is ok , with a lot of red chili on it. My friend's beef is somewhat salty, and she said it was easy to chew. Secondly, the drinks, I haven't finish my drink, because it is not good at all, sparkling soda and purple yam, never again, but when I tasted my friends milk tea with mango sorbet as the topping, I really like it, I almost finish it to be honest. Next is the dessert, the sticky rice itself is a legit. Compared from the other restaurants who offered like those, I might say, they can be proud on this dessert. The mango is not to sour or overrripe, good for sharing also. Service wise, the cashier who also making the drinks, must improved on her skills of being a bit fast.

Boat noodles were surprisingly good and flavourful, with rather generous ingredients. The eatery is clean inside out but the staff can be a little lacking in service. The gem of this place is actually the fried chicken! It tasted like Korean fried chicken, fried to perfection. All in all, a no frills Thai eatery.

Most disappointing place to have Thai food. The basil with chicken rice I ordered was too salty with lot of soy sauce and the chicken were super crispy hard to bite (they are adding too much of corn to make it crispy) . There were hardly any basil and the rice noodles sucks . I wonder what karma chef will get who provides very bad food to people. Try other places to have good food.

Lovely food! My favourite are the sago dessert and the Thai Milk Tea. The black pepper beef was very flavourful too. Wish they had more kiosks for ordering because when we were ordering meals for four, there was already a long queue behind us. Awkward! 😅

Just returned to Singapore and was hungry. Chanced upon Saap Saap Thai and ordered Tom yam noodles soup with fried fish combo with a iced Thai green milk tea and mango sticky rice for $16.90, and a Tom yam soup with carribean seafood and rice for $10.90. Both were yummy and generous with ingredients. Recommend. The fried fish was extremely tasty. The uncle cleaning the tables and arranging the outside seating was efficient, friendly, considerate and helpful. Also appreciate the old aunty behind the scenes washing all the dishes.

I bought their D2 mango sweet heart for my mother. Upon reaching home, I discovered there was only mango and glutinous rice and coconut milk. No tapioca at all. And the coconut milk was not properly packed! Didn't the cook or whoever serve the order check all food are packed ? Why never inform if they have run out of stock instead of just taking our money and give us incomplete order?

Tom yum soup does not taste authentic. A little sour and fish too much flour. Mango sticky rice is good. Good view of waterfall vortex.
