First time purchasing the fickle feline 2.0 and I can see why this is one of the popular choices and the best sellers in the shop. Cat and fiddle cheesecakes are so good they melt in ur mouth... the flavours are so special and amazingly executed. My family's pick would be naughty and nice, yuzu and the classic new york, although everything is a must try :) Price is a little steep for cheesecakes though, hence the 4 star rating!!

Pricey but nice! I love Milo dinosaur the most. The extra Milo powder to sprinkle on top. Omg yummy. How pretty it is to mix all different colors of cakes.

Decided to post this after their management decided not to respond to my email feedback. There was a brief response after I emailed them stating that they will forward to their management, but no news since. It has been 2 weeks. This is not a complaint about the quality or taste of your cake, but something Much Worse. Usually people place orders for cake and select a Certain time for pick up so as to bring the cake to someone's birthday celebration. The MOST Basic thing you can provide to your customer is Punctuality. I have placed an order to be collected from 1pm to 5pm today at the Westgate branch, but alas, I was informed the cake has not arrived yet even though I went at around 1.20pm. This came to a shock to me because I have my family waiting at home for the cake to start our celebration. I believe most of your customers will have this expectation too because we are pre-ordering a cake for a birthday party. your staff did offer me to change flavours but the exchange has to be exactly the same price. Fair enough. But if it is your company's fault for not getting the cake ready in time, the least you can offer as a compensation is to let us select another freely without matching the price. I was even more shocked to know that if I were to choose a cheaper cake, I would not be refunded the balance too. How is this reasonable for a customer to be shortchanged when it is YOUR Company's fault for the late delivery. That should not be the way and I seek an explanation from the management. You are making your staff in the stores getting scolded by angry customers who cannot get their pre ordered cake in time.

Dislike their service. No basic courtesy of greeting or saying thank you to customers for patronising. Ordered the Fickle Feline (New), wasnt that impressed with the taste compared to years ago when I first had it. Pretty average. There were ice crystals on it when I had to serve in an hour. Think I read their cakes are mass produced.
