We bought a Lazada voucher for 2 sets of burgers with ice lemon tea. Went to the cashier to place order. My Lazada voucher was void on order. Then the cashier checked with the kitchen whether the burgers are available. Luckily the answer was yes. Otherwise, what could I do with the void voucher. After she confirmed with the kitchen, she asked me to make payment for my order. I told her a voucher has been used and I need not make payment. Then she agreed with me. Looks like cashier's mind wasn't at work. The service was quite fast after. Beef patty was thick and burger was delicious. Fries with burger also good. When we asked for ketchup, the staff pointed to a service counter and asked us to help ourselves. It was a squeeze bottle that was touched by all customers. The pandemic is not over yet. It would be better if ketchup is given to customers either in individual packs or the staff squeeze some onto a small sauce plate and brought to us. But I have to mention that the staff wasn't rude about it.

this was bad and had none of the standard we expected having visited the old eighteen chef in Simei Eastpoint. the steak itself was decent enough, but everything else was not worthy of the 17 bucks price tag. the soup was very salty. the drinks pathetic compared to the menu pictures. the cheese rice had nice cheese but everything else was unacceptable. you would get way better western food in the hawkers. will avoid eighteen chefs from now on.

This is not my first time at Eighteen Chef. But this time I ordered using the QR code, overall experience is with the website. The baked rice is a surprise and with nice cheese and balanced taste. The mushroom soup is a little bit too salty though. The fusillli and cheese kids meal looks pathetic. Cheese fries is just average.

The soup, although delicious, was lukewarm and the spaghetti was a little overboard in sourness. Nonetheless the chicken was nicely fried and the staff were friendly. Popular with the younger crowd. Busy but no need to queue during lunch due to ample seats. Location is a little off the main foot traffic at Our Tampines Hub. Free parking from 12pm to 2pm.

A blast to the past where every student will head to eighteen chefs and vie for a place after school. Still offering students a discount on the full set is a service well done kudos to them. Unfortunately the food standard has dropped over the years. - baked rice was dry and even areas with sauce didn't taste as good - mushroom soup, which was free flow was fine but felt like Campbell soup. - crew forgot the popcorn chicken ingredient but quickly provided it on the side (which is fine)

Reasonable price. Great location. Carbonara was good. The rice dishes were bland, which was fine to me, not salty at all.. But taste was a little overwhelming because of too much cheese. Truffle mushroom chicken was good. Tasty. The serving size was big. The service was great. In spite of being packed with people.

No a fan. Their food is just average. Not so good. But Not so bad. Price is a bit high. Not worth the price. I feel like you can get something similar for a lower price in hawkers or food courts, quality could be better too. But i like the steak. I had it in medium well. The rest are just fine.

Ordered ribeye steak and it was too salty and had a weird smell. Can taste the saltiness even in your tongue even before you chew. My partner's be your own chef meal sauce was spicy garlic but it wasn't spicy at all with a cream sauce in it. Not sure if it's only this outlet but was disappointed with the food. Had a replacement for his meal to be spicier but it wasn't the same standard as the other outlets.

Food order was good and delicious kudos to the kitchen crew. Refillable ice lemon tea and mushroom soup was a good point of Sales. But one of the waitress was not up to service standard as once the food arrive at table for my wife put in front of my wife. Yet for my order, food arrive and place right beside of my wife but not in front of me( nothing was in front of me). Not sure if it is just an attitude or just plain ignorance. The staffs open the door when they know that the weather outside was hot. It was very warm. Not to break anyone rice bowl but it is just my one two cent of opinion. Came on 28 July 23 lunch time.

Had a great time at Eighteen Chefs (1 Tampines Walk #02-90/91 Tampines Hub Singapore 528523) in Tampines Hub with the kids! Tried their DIY baked rice, and it was super satisfying. You get to pick your ingredients and make them your way, which is fun. Then, I wrapped up with a yummy brownie ice cream. If you're into baked rice, this place is the real deal lah!

Cheese fries not nice don't recommend. The salted egg sauce on the side don't recommend. The macaroni and cheese and chicken not nice, very plain don't recommend. Food very overpriced don't recommend. Very crammed space very little seats. Only good thing is I've lemon tea and mushroom soup. Ice lemon tea a bit too sweet but still nice. Mushroom soup salty (I like). Black pepper sauce tastes like plastic box so pls dont try. Chicken was tasteless.food was cold. Onion ring plain.Service takes forever don't recommend. hotdog was burnt didn't taste good. Don't come here unless want to get 1 star food with 5 star price. Very very very long waiting time. No standard at all.
