I enjoyed my green curry chicken. Taste was good and texture of the curry was perfect. Good for sharing with 2 others. (But this time I solo that bowl, I had it with a bowl of rice) Service was good and friendly. Family friendly place. Nice to dine as a table of 4! Tip: avoid peak hours!

First of all, while waiting for orders, popcorn and plain water was given. That was nice of them. Secondly, food is delicious and affordable. The place seem lively. Hopefully more customers will come to this place to enjoy the meal. Recommended.

This is our regular spot for good Thai Cuisine. The Tom Yum Goong is a must try. It's always done consistently with a generous amount of seafood and the taste never dissapoints us. Basil chicken was tasteless today, not sure why or what they missed! Deep Fried Tofu is one of my favorite dishes. Mango Salad had a special level of spiciness to it but overall it was great. The Hostess always does a great job greeting the guests, however the Thai staff (runner) needs to be more courteous as she doesn't acknowledge whatever you say! Overall a good choice of Thai Food in a busy setting.

Went for dinner, Friday, peak hour. Was last in the Q but Surprisingly we didn't have to wait long, less than 15 mins we were seated. Thank you to the floor manager (I didn't get her name) who was fast and friendly even when the place was crowded. She made us laugh. And of cos her crew. Not forgetting the kitchen staffs who worked fast for the dinners to be served asap. We ordered Ala carte, delicious, only the red ruby was a tad too sweet. Should have given 5 stars, only the way the cashier works was puzzling.Upon presenting our table orders, she told us the amount and expects us to pay without printing the receipt for us to check. I can see that she wasn't happy when I requested to check the receipt first before paying because one of the dishes we ordered didn't arrive. Will still dine here or other outlets again

One of the worst dish ever tried in Thai food Seafood Super Bowl which cost $36.90 before service charge & gst taste nothing but extremely bitter. Informed the staff and a lady in spectacle told us nothing can be done but thanks for the feedback only. Horrible experience. All other dishes taste below average too. Definitely not recommending this place. Worst than local zichar and they don’t taste anything like thai food. Pictures are the leftover food we gave up cause the food is just bad.

Food here is great as always and many varieties. When It comes down to customer service staff Zul is really friendly and attentive. I frequently visit this outlet with my family and so far no complains. Keep up the standard 👍

Pad thai tanghoon was v shiok as I love the texture of tanghoon. Honey chicken was nice too although on the sweeter side. For the beef kway teow, I felt that the beef was a tad chewy while the kway teow was on the softer side, would've liked it more if it was cooked slightly less. Thai milk tea was good though with the aroma of the tea coming out. I also liked that there was an option to choose less sweet, which i picked.

Halal thai place, so don’t expect any pork dishes here. Visited this place a few times before, had the worse service today. Food wise, usually taste ok. First time they gave us popcorn for free, when we ask if we could have more, the staff turn us down, and said one table one popcorn. Well… ok! They served all our food ie. Mango salad, green curry and beef with Kai lan…. We waited for a while before we checked with them on our beef fried rice. They said oh, it’s coming then went to check in the kitchen (we suspected that the kitchen forgot). The supervisor kept telling us, it’s coming, but we never got the rice. After we check with another staff, he also mentioned it’s coming. And this was when my friend said, did they forget our rice, and the server answered “yes” very softly. I mean… if they have really forgotten to cook for us, it’s ok to admit it and apologize rather than pretending that they didn’t forget and the food is coming. We had to even stop eating the other 3 dishes, to wait for our rice but it came only 20 mins. Again, without a single apology. Didn’t realize sorry is such a difficult word to say.

Food is very very nice. Service 10000/10. Very extra good, food fast, hot & nice - esp from Indian man. Atmosphere because dinner time, it's quite pack and noisy - is understandable. Thank you so much for the pleasant dinner and very very good service from the team. Indian man, Malay lady & 2 Thailand ladies - very attentive.

Food standard awesome as usual. We dine in during busy weekend evening. I am impressed the efficient service standard by one indian service crew - V. I saw there is one family dine in at next table. Only left a children at the table while food been served. V putting those hot dish is away from the small girl. This action show he is very considerate and paying his responsible towards his job.👍

This got to be the worse Thai food I had ever tasted. The basil chicken kway teow is so oily, the Tom yum soup is salty and doesn’t tasted like anything I ever tasted in Thailand. The environment is noisy and aircon is weak. Not a place to come to for Thai food

Food was delicious, free pop corn was served at first, I got lunch value set, with that price I didn’t hope that their portion was that big, really cannot finish, staff were so very friendly and helped to pack my food, should try their Thai green milk tea less sweet, I got a normal one and it abit too sweet, I had to wait for the ice melt. Overall a very pleasant experience

Asked for hot water for my baby and the lady staff pleasantly help! Recommended though it gets busy on weekends! Waiting time is not too long. Food is good and also affordable.

Ordered honey chicken rice and iced lemon tea. Took awhile before getting my main. Free popcorn was given while waiting :)) The customer sitting at the table next to me waited longer for his though he ordered earlier. My food was fine. Chicken wasn't dry. The fried egg could have looked better. Had to remind the staff about my drink before it was served.

if you compare with nowadays restaurant and price then it's worth 5 star review.. tom yum soup and mango sticky rice still consider acceptable.. nothing really special or worth saying.. but i think they got some Xmas period promotion for all (individuals and buddy and Families)

The food was really good. We ordered Tom yum seafood fried rice, Thai milk tea, Thai style kangkong and cashew chicken. Everything was on point. Best part of it, it’s baby friendly. Food was too good, I only remembered to take a picture after eating halfway.

Friends who like Thai food can come to this restaurant. The taste of Thai customs and the food is delicious. Personally, I like their hot and sour soup very much. Very authentic. I highly recommend you to give it a try.

their mains be kinda mid, especially when there are cheaper thai options arnd. but i do enjoy their other dishes like fish/seafood. at least they give free popcorn! 𝗽𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗶 𝗻𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗻 $𝟳.𝟱 our tastebuds and wallets have came in agreement that n*kh0n’s pad thai still holds the belt🥇 𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝘆𝘂𝗺 𝗵𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝘂𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗻 $𝟳.𝟵 looked super weird cus it was very clear, but after tasting, it actually had quite a strong tom yum flavour. but wouldnt get it again cos the flavours werent very balanced. 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗶 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗹 $𝟰.𝟱 this was really nice, probably the highlight of the meal, i will always love crushed ice in desserts 🍨

This review is for NorthPoint Sanook. I ordered vegetarian padthai...honestly not nice. Chef needs to buck up . Previously tried at other Sanook outlets, I think is not as bad . Overall Sanook's quality is average. Look to Bali Thai , their food so good.
