The fries failed. This is my second time at this branch and both orders of fries turned out to be cold and not crispy despite ordering no-salt option. We even saw people rejecting the fries upon receiving it.

Ms Siti Raihana was excellent in assisting us first time users of the macdonald app. We were lost, unsure too as how do I order through the app. Thank you for the extra mile Ms Siti Raihana! Truly a warm and meaningful experience for us,really!

Went there in the evening of their maiden opening and was greeted with smiles from Mcdonald's staff. Ordering of food & beverages was done with the assistance from the customer service as this was the first time, I learned to use it as a senior citizen. Now I have become savvy in ordering my food & beverages. Thanks to the staff for being patient in teaching me.

Visited on 29 July 2023, Saturday after lunchtime. Place was not crowded. Ordered via the McDonald's app and redeemed an item, all whilst seated at my table. Food and drink arrived a short while later after payment through the app.

Before leaving the restaurant, please check for completeness of items. On my first visit, order some value meals and add on corn. But reach home no butter or spoon is found Today order a potato wedges, seem to be filled in paper pack instead of hard board version. Sunday order the same thing but come in paper cupboard. Quantity seem abit more on sun as compared to today. Feel like cheated, need to do OJT on your new staff on consistent delivery.

was really crowded this morning and waiting time was around 1 hour. I understand that today is public holiday and there are many orders. However the staffs especially the manager are really untrained and incapable of handling customers question and frustration. None of the staff were trying to help the customers who waited above 1 hour. In fact both manager shouted at some customers loudly and refuse to help customers check their order. Mcdonald should really train their staff on how to handle such situation. It was really chaotic and customers were left unanswered and helpless. Moreover the hot coffee I ordered was not warmed! It was as if the order was completed and left there... Really disappointing service and I hope the staffs in this branch can improve their service.

Ordered through the mobile app for pickup at the restaurant. When I reached, my order was ready (order was made ~10mins prior). There was a separate station just for mobile app pickups, and the staff was nice to guide us to our order. The food was served hot as well. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
