The Tom Yum Chicken tasted incongrously of cinnamon -- and the wrong cinnamon, the type for baking (Ceylon cinnamon), not for Asian dishes (cassia cinnamon) -- for some reason. (Not not like tom yum on any sort of conceivable plane.) Whoeever marinated this needs to be sent back to culinary school, stat.

Counter lady was uncouth and totally moody and impatient when taking order. When I asked about her attitude she hid behind the kitchen staff who told me there's no manager that I can reach. He was tall lanky young guy who just waved me off, saying nothing going to happen, not even to address the incident. Totally spoilt my appetite.

i went on 29 jan lunch hour. the lady at the counter was busy with video call for as long as i was there. she basically priortise her call above serving customers. this is my 1st and last time buying from them. at least saw 4 customers not being served immediately. best part is i ordered battered fish and rice BUT SHE GAVE ME SWEET AND SOUR FISH. this will be my first and last time to patronise this stall.

The male staff (the big one, not the slim one who did the cooking) was very rude with the way he looked at you/talked to you. He should be fired. Before that, suggest not to visit the place.

I used to enjoy going to this branch years ago when they started but now not anymore when running by rude staff. There are only 2 staff, a girl and the Filipino guy who works as a chef and manning the counter too. Previously I ordered a pick-up. I went there to collect, the Filipino guy very rude and said "5 mins" while my order was actually ready on the counter piled up with other orders. He just needs to check and handed over my order but he made me waited more than 15 mins for nothing. In the end, I had to go through the orders and looked for mine. When I did, he said "Just take". That was all he said, no courtesy, no apologies given and even a simple thank you. I thought nevermind, he may be having a bad day. Today, I went for another pick-up order. I saw the girl was right in front the counter but could not be bothered to attend to customer. I showed the same guy my order number. He just passed the package over without a word. NOT EVEN A SIMPLE THANK YOU. By looking through the previous reviews by other customers. They are indeed worst staff running the shop. They don't even have the basic manners and service attitude. Treating the customers like we owed them a living. I don't enjoy patron this shop anymore in knowing how I will be treated by their rudeness. Please do the customers a favour. Leave and work elsewhere since they are not happy with their job. Don't go to this shop because your day will ruin by them. Go support other food stores around there. The staff are way more friendlier and nicer.

28 Jan 2023, the male staff working at 12noon shift, extremely bad attitude. As if I owe him money. I was standing infront of him, he pretend he did not see me. When I said excuse me, he glared at me and said "what" I said I'm here for self collection, he said "number?" In a very rude manner. Then pointed at my food. Like as if he is giving me free food and I'm here to beg for food. If this is the kinda service staff you are employing, you are bound to lose alot of customers.

Decent at best. The food was okay and the aglio olio didn’t taste like how its supposed to taste like! But overall quite quick service!

Unfortunately , no more garlic roast half spring chicken with rice set which is the best from my opinion . Nevertheless , the tom yam chicken is a good substitute.

The worst turkey bacon carbonara ever encountered. Bacon was dull red and pasta was swimming in milk. Can't believe these guys are still in business. Improper mask wearing. Did not learn anything from covid?

Many times came here and many times they got the wrong order. Always order whole BBQ chicken and always my BBQ chicken turned to fried chicken. Will not come here again. Simple thing took more than 15 mins wait yet get this type of order. Pathetic.
