This was the best outlets so far besides my usual visits at Clementi Mall as they have lots of menus... especially the desserts...and was so delighted and happy with the portion of the beef served when ordered the soup noodles, food wise taste good too... generous portions...service was ok ..ambience and space also good... highly recommended...would love to visit again....

Foods are decent, not super tasty. Prices are reasonable. We got it because having the Covid vaccination at Wisma Geylang Serai Community Center.

I would highly recommend this place. Good food and its a reasonable price. I would also recommend to order this drink, Soda violet pemelo.

Staff at this branch was friendly and helpful. The signature boat noodles was good but soup was very salty. The Thai milk tea was exceptionally sweet... Wayyyyyy too sweet. 😂

We are hungry and finally come to this SAAP. SAAP means delicious. Yes thats the name. Price average per menu around 6-10 sgd. Taste wise is delicious and i love the soup from noodle,is really tasty..Place wise looks nice and clean + aircon also. Portion wise is enough,not too large or small. Overall i recommended this place, the taste is yummy and each component have different flavour..i will definitely comeback to this place as my favorite later

Worst experience in saap saap thai ever! Came at 755 and urged us to order as they will close order at 8:30pm and they will close the shop at 9pm. With a very unliked attitude. When we ordered all food were luke warm!! Not up to the standard of other saap saap thai outlet i’ve went. One of the dessert served were also spoilt! The staff took the initiative to offer ice cream instead. But the worst part is, while we were finishing.. ard 8:40pm one of the staff said they’ll give us 5 mins?? What is this? And one of them even loudly said in malay “Arent our shop supposed to close at 8pm?” such a bad experience! the staff showed a displeased face all the way while serving us. Please take some action!

Would give one star if I could. Service was extremely bad. Visited on a weekday afternoon, place was quite empty. I wanted to order some toast. The old uncle at the counter told us that he doesn’t know when the food will be ready, could be 30minutes, could be longer. He stated there were no workers today. Went on to lament that he doesn’t want to work, he’s rich with 2 million CPF and children who are professors. He also declined to put my drink in my own cup as I BYOB. I don’t think anyone deserves to be a punching bag, and if he doesn’t want to work, no one is forcing him to. He took about 15 minutes to complain about his life, when no one asked.

Ate here with my family at 8pm and I couldn’t even order two kopi O kosong because they are LAZY? Instead they can only provide one. Bought purple sago dessert and it was spoilt but I got a replacement. At first they provided plastic fork and spoon because they are lazy to wash. What nonsense. Food was okay.

i always come here during lunch but it is getting from bad to worse. i've seen numerous times where the payment machine breaks down and people can't pay. the ordering system breaks down and the queue is long. today i was told that i have to wait 20mins (fair enough), auntie tried to convince me to go to another place bc she have not had her lunch and she wants to eat. grab riders and other diners were upset bc their orders are not met after so long. and the workers in the kitchen are pointing fingers to each other. this chinese worker (guy) was already punching on tables out of anger. not a sight for a person who just wanted her lunch in peace.

very trash service because of this one malay lady. extremely rude and no consideration. has to sweep the area that we are eating when the shop is empty. was very rude when told us to put back the tissue when she could have done it. i don’t know where they find these malay aunties from who are extremely rude. you give me a million dollars to come back and eat here also i won’t. this malay lady should be fired and she considering her age should be able to have some basic manners instead of just being rude and telling us to do things immediately when we said we would put it back before we left. what is the point of cleaning the restaurant at OUR AREA when it is EXTREMELY EMPTY.the food was decent but this lady absolutely RUINED THE EXPERIENCE for me. I HOPE HER BOSS SEES THIS.

Just an ordinary Thai food eatery. Nothing surprised or disappointed. Ordered this Tom yum soup with seafood. The Tom yum taste was okay. The portion was okay for a girl but too small for guys.
