KFC, uhh, KFC. I don’t have much to say about KFC. Food is alright, I had a breakfast menu chicken burger with a hashbrown thing and drink, burger and hashbrown was nice but that’s it. The KFC here is quite big, shares a space with pizza hut which I find cool. Besides any of that, still don’t know anything else to say. The staff was good and meets people’s standards. Overall, it IS KFC I guess.

There are 4 kiosks available at the front of the shop for ordering but none print out receipt, only a note there if the kiosk doesn't print out receipt, find the outlet manager. Well, the receipt is not really in used just to remember the number for collection, cause one time, I ordered and forgot my collection number. I had to ask for it. I like their chickens, I think it is the best among all the fried chicken in Singapore. They also researched some of the local taste like the new one satay crunch.

From bad to worst over the years.. First, service is very slow. Regardless the crowd, the crews doesn’t seems to have a systematic approach to serve / clear the order within a short time. It is always about 20-30mins waiting time. Second, i orders dine-in but my foods were all packed as takeaway. What a waste of plastics bags. Thirdly, chickens taste were bad. It is obvious that it was prepared by a soul-less chef. The chicken can only be described as cook food and not delicious delights. Overall, very disappointing experience.

Ordered Buddy Meal Breakfast from FoodPanda app and deliver to Punggol. Both requests no ice for Milo and cutleries but both requests not fulfilled. Similar experiences with Punggol Oasis KFC. Do the Staffs read requests from Customers or they just can't be bothered.

i ordered via mobile and arrived at the specified time of food delivery bit there was a crowd waiting for food so i just waited. After waiting for about 20mins i wanted to check with the staff as it was taking too long but all the staff just stared at the food with their back facing the customer and did not want to entertain any customer. When I finally managed to capture the attention of a staff after waiting for more than 40mins they checked and my order was just placed one side at the far end from the counter. The food was already cold because GOD KNOWS HOW LONG THE FOOD HAS BEEN PLACED THERE. AND THE CHICKEN LOOKED SO PATHETICALLY SMALL THAT IT WAS SMALLER THAN THE SIZE OF HALF MY PALM AND THE WRAP WAS ALSO BROKEN ALREADY. REALLY HORRIBLE SERVICE WITH SUCH LONG WAITS. THE SYSTEM SHOWING THE ORDER NUMBERS WERR USELESS TOO AS YOUR STAFF WILL JUST SPAM ALL THE NUMBERS SAYING THE FOOD IS READY BUT WHEN U APPROACH THE STAFF THEY JUST SAY ITS NOT DONE YET

You have to be a saint to eat here. Errrrr….. I think management has to look into the the system? Ordered at the kiosk at 7pm and it is 7:53pm. 53 minutes for a fast food joint? Food is still no where in sight. Not even on the now preparing segment. What in the world!!!!!

Their cheese fries is one of the main reason why I'm still coming back to KFC. $5 for ala carte and an additional $3.40 for one more cheese fries. They only have one size so there's no selection of small, medium or large. Laden with cheese and mayonnaise it's the ultimate comfort food you can possibly think of. Plentiful seats available in the restaurant however they have since removed the self service chilli/ketchup kiosk and now they will only issue them out via the counter. I'm guessing it's to reduce food wastage, kudos to them.
