Came on Father's Day for dinner. Ambience of restaurant is good - quiet and nice music. I love the interior design too. The best from the dishes I ordered was the oysters. $18 for half a dozen. Each is meaty and luscious. If you love oysters you must come here!

Visited this outlet for the first time. The food is reasonable both in quality and price. Except that the experience that my order for sashimi was not served till all my cooked dishes are all served. It served only when I questioned the staff with no apology. Question is this outlet is serving Japanese cuisine, surely it should be a norm to serve the raw dishes before the cooked food.

Best place to eat sushi especially if its not crowded. Service wise is good, sushi is fresh. They cater for big groups as well. The price keeps increasing, i remember last time i paid like 1.88 now its like 3++ hais. Nevertheless best halal sushi to get.

Heard Their e Same As Sakae Sushi~ However, Comparing My Last Visit Before Covid Until Now Their Menus Have Changed Quite Alot, Not Sure If Same As Sakae Sushi Too... But They've Come Out w A Few New Items On Menu That We've Tried & Not Bad Though...

One of the halal sushi to try.. location wise it's not in the new fancy malls. Food wise, I find it bit pricey for the quality. Definitely can go n try, you won't get disappointed. I went around 3pm and no crowd, like 1/3 occupied. I love the dessert salted caramel short cake. Overall nice.

Terrible worse sashimi I had ever eaten in my life! Oreo drink served with the straw pointing out. Nearly poked my gums. See photo. The service staff rude n terrible. Put the sizzling plate on the table n when we said is for the guest further away, told us it is v hot. Meaning it is ok for guest to push it ourselves? Dine at your own risk. No wonder the restaurant is empty when we came!

Ordered in dinner. We live about 7 min drive away but the tempura vegetables and the prawn in the mango sushi roll are soft/soggy by the time we received it. I believe the food will be better if we eat there but I wouldn’t order in again. The fried salmon is the nicest item. Total bill for these $34

It is very bad experience, me and my family still eating (almost finish) and they OFF the lights!!! :( And when we asked if there’s any electrical problem the guy went to our table and said they close at 9pm, When we check the time only 8:33pm… Our happy mood and gone! turns in to sadness! I worked in F&B for almost 10 years I was really surprised for what had happened… I do understand how tired or wanting to go home after work, But at least inform us…. Very sad…. We are with 3 kids and 2 infant, they never think what gonna happen when they off the lights…. 🥺😭 (This is for Tai Seng outlet)

The service was slow even when it's empty. Ordered 1 plate of sashimi (5 slices), it doesn't even need to be cooked but it took them 20mins to prepare and serve. At the counter trying to make payment, realised that they keyed in additional food items that I didn't order. Dine over there if you are patience and has a habit of checking all the items on the bill before paying.

The food prepared were awesome. Salmon and tuna were so fresh and yummy 😋 😋😋 so as the sushi. The unagi was perfectly grilled. Overall the food was very satisfying!!!

Went to the one at Tai Seng. The ordering app did not reflect the full bill of our order, which should include the prices of our plates. As first time diners at a sushi restaurant, we were not aware of the billing method. We did ask basic questions before ordering but despite our confusion, the servers did not mention the billing method to us. This could have been avoided if they included a functionality in the app to reflect the plate-based charges. This could be done, as they did it for the promotional items and drinks. Our order, which was initially about $15, amounted to $70 after they calculated the plate costs according to the colours. The food was not fresh too. Hence it’ll be our last time dining at Hei Sushi.

Same good old hei sushi. There is no more gyu udon. Only niku udon. The meat changed from sliced beef to shabu shabu.

I order through food panda n it was self delivery by restaurant on 9th feb'24 at 2.39pm and food panda not handling issue of self delivery restaurant as the food was finally delivered to me slightly before 4.30pm. As I ordered sushi n tried called restaurant several time till they pick up call but the lady was not so friendly as I want cancel order stated in apps rider pick up at 3plus n not even reach my place at 4.15pm so is not very advisable to eat the sushi as afraid food contamination then she says wait she call rider n said food had delivered so I went check again but I told her I won't eat the food as it has been out from restaurant for long as is salmon Sushi n salmon salad. So very rudely she says she will cancel order from food panda n I won't be charge but food panda charged eventually. Try calling them but always no one pick up. Hope person in charge could kindly contact me.

One of the best sushi restaurants I tried in town, their sushi is fresh and yummy. Also, don't forget to try their fried salmon, it's so delicious. Their restaurant manager Ivy is very attentive too:) Overall experience is very good, I definitely will come back again.
