Suki-Suki provides decent quality food for a good price point. Staff provided very good service explaining their prices and selections. The red curry tom yum was the best soup choice, and an important plus was that the restaurant offered Mama Tom Yum noodles to accompany your hotpot meal (as opposed to some generic brand), also allowing you to bolster your flavors with the packet seasonings! I would recommend the premium selection for the barramindi fish, as I do not like the texture of dory. A free flow of drinks + dessert is an optional item you can add on to your meal. The Thai iced milk tea was spot on. Things to avoid: the fish paste didn't taste very fresh and the cheese tofu tasted highly manufactured. Paid about $105 for two people, including premium selection of dishes and free flow drinks, but the meal was flavorful, had a decent range at the free selection bar and the drinks were of a good standard. Worth a visit.

Food was great and price performance ratio was good. Thoroughly enjoyed my meal:) Hotpot base was nice and also was something unique. Highly recommended and definitely will return A shout out to new service staff Aiman for being kind, prompt and friendly when serving our table. We were really appreciative of him attending to us. Meanwhile, appreciate if the management of Suki-Suki Thai Hot Pot can look into the performance and conduct of service staff, Margaret. Throughout our 1.5 hour session dining at your restaurant, Margaret was bossing and instructing all your service crew around to clean tables, serve other tables while she herself practically contributing nothing at all for the entire duration. When making payment, we feedbacked the above to the manager on duty. He mentioned the following 1) Prior complaints have been received against Margaret by both service crew themselves and customers. 2) Margaret is a service crew, similar to everyone else, and not a manager etc. Hence, logically, she should be taking a fair share of the workload Hence, hope that management is able to look into the above, please.

The deal was $35 NETT hotpot buffet with free flow drinks for 2 all day everyday! (OK, so the third of us paid ala carte lo 🤷‍♀️) ⁣⁣ Great service never goes out of style, thank you Shidah for keeping us as happy as our tummies! Our meal won't be the same without your friendly chatters and recommendations! Red Tom yum broth is a must-order! Love their Thai milk tea to accompany the meal, and we highly recommend the fresh fish paste! I'm hooked on the chicken cheese balls too and lost count how many I ate😝⁣ ⁣ ⁣Shidah's cheery disposition really rubbed off us and kept us happy throughout the meal! Thanks Shidah! ⁣ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣

This is a fabulous dining place for company event comes to our surprise!!! We had a great time here and staff not just helpful and friendly, they are flexible too and very accommodating to our special requests for team X'mas Party. Food is halal certified, delicious soup base and premium quality of wagyu beef is a must try!! Good ventilation, spacious, not feeling hot despite sitting near to the grill. Thank you very much Ms. Shidah, Ms. Margaret & Mr. Theva!!!

The experience I had here was great 👍🏼 Food variety and freshness was great 👍🏼 The staff, especially Shidah was really nice, friendly and attentive! Would recommend the Red Tom Yam as one of the soup bases to have! It’s full of flavour and not too spicy! (Great for people who can’t take much spice) They provide a decent range of dipping sauces as well! Truly one of the best halal hotpot in Singapore overall! Would highly recommend others to try!

Visited this establishment on the 23rd Aug 2023 due to an ad on Mothership for their 1-for-1 deal. Was not expecting great food as it was relatively cheap. However was pleasantly surprised by the decent cuts of beef. Selection of sides and drinks are also abundant. We were also served by a hardworking server called Margarat. She constantly helped us clear up our table, allowing us to order more during the 60min duration of the buffet. We come back again if I am around the vicinity.

We enjoyed Suki Suki Hotpot 's affordable, tasty halal-certified hotpot buffet with range of spicy and non-spicy soup bases with variety of over 40 ingredients to choose from. 🍲Khao Soi Soup Base: Delightful creamy & flavourful Northern Thai coconut curry that was perfect match with hotpot. Highly recommended! 🍅Tomato Soup Base: Boiled with fresh tomatoes for hours to achieve a rich, tangy and flavourful consistency. The ingredients were fresh and neatly displayed. We enjoyed the food with their range of dipping sauces especially Thai Classic tangy seafood sauce and Thai Suki sauce topped with chopped garlic, coriander and chili padi at their diy sauce counter. Unforgettable dining experience with their great service! Special mention to great service from Shidah during our visit.

Had a better experience than last year. Prefer to choose my own ingredients rather than staff getting from us. Shidah service is impeccable. Reminded us that our dinner is an hour as we were using birthday perks. Kept checking on us and made sure we had enough food. Only if most service staff has her personality and kindness. I’m definitely coming back next month for another meal. Hope to meet shidah again. Thank you very much

Basically it is a hot pot buffet with sliced cuts of beef and chicken. Meat is sliced thinly enough such that a few swipes in the boiling soup cooks them nicely to remain tender. Though limited, there were other items like veggies, mushroom balls/cheese balls/sausages/ taupok/noodles etc for the hot pot. There are a few soup bases to choose from too. Honestly we were there for the beef and chicken slices as we couldn't achieve those thin cuts of meats by ourselves if we were to buy and eat at home. Only need to note that the fish paste is way too salty even after cooking in the soup for quite a while. We were very thirsty after dinner. There were quite a few sauces and condiments for you to make up your own favorite dipping sauce. The desserts are limited to some small cup jelly, cup ice cream and some sliced fruits. Lemon tea is also way too sweet for my liking, I mixed it with part iced water as ice doesn't melt fast enough to dilute it. The staff are friendly and cleared the empty dishes regularly. Really appreciated that as the dining table was small for the 4 of us and we really needed the space. Note too that there is a dining time limit of 80min, last order for meats to be made at 60min. It took slightly more than 10 mins for the soup to come to a rolling boil (but the other time we visited it took a shorter time), so it will be good to go around to make your sauces and get the other items /drinks while waiting. Car park is quite expensive, but may park at the public car park beside the stadium which is just a short distance away.

I paid $27.99++ for their dinner set. Ordered their Laska and Tom Yum soups. I would recommend their Tom Yum Soup as it was balanced out well. It's very addictive! (Trust) The set includes free-flow drinks/desserts. You'll get to make your very own red ruby and chendols! I would return with my family and friends again! But hopefully, they change the seats as most of the sofas were torn down.

Went to have a good meal and catch-up with my friends. Shidah was the one who served us. She is friendly and has good serve. She was fast in serving the soup. Before we ate, she gave clear explanations about certain things.

A great place for group or family gatherings. Reasonable price with the food provided from the counter, the meats are served fresh from the kitchen. A big thank you to Ms. Shidah for the excellent service.

Our dining experience at the Suki Suki Hotpot restaurant was enhanced by the attentive service of our waitress, Margaret. She was courteous and helpful, providing recommendations and ensuring our needs were met. Margaret's positive attitude added a personal touch to the dining experience, making us feel welcome. Despite some shortcomings in other areas, Margaret's exceptional service stood out and contributed to a more enjoyable meal and will come back again.

Had the loveliest time here. Margaret and Shidah made it even lovelier with their top notch service and ensured we're well taken care off. Oh ya, the food here is just heavenly. I reckon the service we got made the food even nicer. Variety of choices, well ventilated, well-lit area and the food is well prepared too! We had the nourishing chicken collagen soup and laksa broth. I have to urge you to get the fish paste (in the collagen soup!) and prawn paste (in laksa). It is out of this world, ladies and gentlemen. So if you're looking for a place for hotpot for a great price. Suki suki is it. And it's HALAL!

Had buffet lunch here on weekends, basic set @30.75SGD each with Drink & desert, service charge & GST included. So price wise ok. If you got SAFRA member, then with 15% off promo rate looks even better. Food wise, variety not much, but meat are served fresh, items all looks quite clean. Service wise, the plates are indeed got cleaned up quite frequently, which is good. Though did not see much attentive service & smiling faces as mentioned in other reviews. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant, it’s a place with reasonable price, adequate service and fresh food.

Reasonable price for hotpot. No crowds, so very comfortable. Birthday person gets to eat for free but duration is only for 1 hour. Service personal is very helpful.

I used to visit their Khatib outlet during Covid period. At that time they often offered some special deals and the experiences were great. The sweet basil chicken soup base was my favourite which was very fresh and tasty. This time I visited their Toa Payoh outlet for lunch. The service was 😐. During the whole lunch, no one added soup for us even both soup base gradually became what the second picture show, even they passed by our table and cleaned the empty plates for many times. But it was ok because both soup base were not good, and food variety was also limited. This was the first time that we left before our buffet time was over. Very disappointed.
