Extremely slow service. Still queuing for my food currently. Guy taking order really takes his own sweet time to take order. Guy cooking seems noob and slow

Really yummy classic. Staff were kind. Love the basic beef pepper rice together with added cheese. 😋 I usually add both sauces while it's still sizzling and mix till all turn brown. the soup is really good too. Highly recommend:) came during lunchtime and barely a queue.

Really bad customer service, in specifics, the Chinese guy who is cooking the meal. Poor attitude. Pepper lunch SHOULD invest in food collection system to enable diners to know when our food is ready instead of raising his voice at diners.

Super sedap! One of the better tasting pepper lunches in Singapore. Love the trio pepper rice and pepper steak! So fun to sizzle it ourselves! Alhamdulilah will come again, not as crowded.

Came over here with my friend just to eat some food after a long and tiring day. When I went to place an order, staff was very rude and shouted at me & my friend. Additionally when he was serving us our food he threw our food on to the tray. Seriously very horrible customer service would never want to come here again if the staff is so rude!!! The picture below is the staff

Spoken to very rudely by a tall man. Probably the rudest service I have had in 2 years in Singapore. My partner and I were asking if we could have mash as a side and he raised his voice confused saying there was already mash on the main dish - which we are fully aware of after having pepper lunch multiple times. He should understand this more given he works here. Female member of staff with him was lovely.

There were only 6-7 orders ahead of me, however the staff told me I have to wait for 1 hour. The staff was rude and shows attitude. In the end, I give up to order from pepper lunch as not worth to make myself angry for such a rude staff. Other outlets are way better than the one at Junction 8. Hope the management team would improve in the customer service.

The young lady at the cashier was quite rude. Opted to pay nets and instead of passing me the machine which is on the table, she expected me to tip toe to key in my pin since I couldn't see the screen. After my food was ready she nonchalantly threw my takeaway container on the table instead of putting it down nicely. Horrible service.

I was very unhappy and ordered the upgraded number 1! The service staff told me that there was no mashed potato! I saw! There is obviously a box in front of me! Then this soup requires money! So salty! Don’t order this upgraded package! taste very bad

Very bad attitude. Ordered takeaway and waited by the side. When some packets came out, I went to take a look if it’s mine. Didn’t even bother anyone and they snapped, it’s not yours, you just ordered and you want to take? I’m just incredulous. I cannot even check? I didn’t even touch any of the packets. Seriously, the attitude problem of these people just gets bad to worse. And you can never use food junction discount here btw. The scanner is always spoilt. So bring your biggest notes to pay, screw them over. If you’re so frustrated at your job, please do everyone a favour and go find another job that suits you.

Long que during dinner time, not cheap, but I guess you can't go wrong with hotplate rice, decent sauces and nice smelling food. But my complaint is that the portions of salmon given were very small and honestly quite miserable for the price paid.

Horrible staff. i informed her that she got our order wrong and she threw the plate , the money and slammed the food at us. So obviously showing attitude! Horrible. Somebody as rude as her shouldn’t be working under customer service!!! She ruined my day! Very rude and I feel very disrespected. According to my friend, this isn’t the first time she is rude. She is a hijabi and this happened at 26/1 at about 11.20 ! just because you’re not a morning person doesn’t mean that you should show everyone attitude! I also have to wake up early to go to work! Do you see me showing attitude?? NO! Horrible! I am appalled!

The service staff remains very rude. I ordered my takeaway and waited as told by the rude staff "WAIT!" After almost 20mins ; someone in the waiting queue asked if his takeaway is ready , but that rude staff just pointed to a corner and asked him to look for it himself. Then all of us realised we have to find the takeaway ourselves by matching our receipt number in all the packet of takeaways. I came into google and saw all the bad reviews since more than 6 months ago and yet the rude attitude is still here. No point for owner to keep apologising and yet no improvement. Maybe the rude staff is the owner replying and responding to the reviews afterall.
