Reviewing from a delivery point of view. We ordered from Oddle and the food arrived on time. We pretty much ordered the entire menu. Bagels were delicious, we oven heated our remaining leftovers for dinner and the bagels still came out amazing! Highlights for us were their Pastramania and Otah Kau. Will definitely order from Wooly's again!

1. Ambience- limited seats indoors, extra seating outside. Note that indoors can get really hot. They have extra standing air-conditioners but skimp on switching it on and the temperature setting weirdly. 2. Food - Bagels are o-k, slightly below average. They weren't toasted (or insufficiently toasted). Only plain was available, everything else out of stock. For the smoked salmon bagel, the cream cheese was almost non existent. DIY your own cream cheese bagels at home from ntuc better 😅 Mac and cheese appears microwaved. Tater tots was not bad but quite salty. Best item we had was lemonade. 3. Service - Service staff can afford to be more friendly. When asked questions they appear disinterested. Part timer vibes.

Ordered the Double Chicken Frizzle with cheese bagel set - tater tots and americano. (6/10) The tater tots side was great. Crispy with chunky potatoes. After that it starts to go downhill. The bagels were OK. Do note that 'Just a lil spicy' was about the same level spicyness as mcwings. The chili overpowered the cheese and I couldn't really taste it. Scrambled eggs also on the dryer end. Coffee was disappointing. The Americano was really bitter and had a sour aftertaste. It's like the cheap gold roast kopi o coffee that you can get from NTUC. Service is on the slow side, took >15min for our order and we were the only customers around. Ventilation in the cafe is rather poor. We were able to smell the leftover oil 😅

Ordered for delivery from Oddle, we ordered quite a few food items and drinks. Food is delicious, yummy and chunky bagels. Pastramania is super goood! Drinks order though… it was a mess. Missed out 2 drinks order which is very unfortunate, hope more QC can be done ✅

I had the the GTF Bagel and it was super hearty, nice balance of sauce, egg and hash. Iced Lemonade is worth getting too, very refreshing and not syrupy. Tater tots for sharing had nice paprika flavour, crispy on outside and fluffy inside. Would buy again. Recommend sitting outside, a bit of oily smell inside.

Bagels and sandwiches - delicious. Coffee was alright. A little milky but still balanced. Service however was not great. There were 2 guys working on the day I went. One with specs, one without. The guy with specs doesn’t seem friendly at all, when I went there to ask if he could cut my sandwich into half… he gave me an annoyed look but didn’t help me with my request. I can understand they are busy with quite a lot of delivery orders, but don’t have to treat your customers in an irritated way. The cafe should look at hiring more staff. You cannot run a cafe with only 2 people taking care of the entire operations, making food etc.

Brought my niece and nephew here on the teachers’ day half day. My nephew is kinda “lively” but the staff actually kinda liked him 😂. So I would say this place is definitely kid friendly. I had the pastramania (without cheese, which I regret cos it was kinda dry without it), chic teriyaki, a sando, and tater tots. Everything tasted good!

very pleased with the meal we had here! bagels were average but i felt we got the most bang for our buck with the filling. we tried 4 flavors - backyard birdie, smoked salmon, GTF & otah kau. ordering a set gets you a drink + tater tots for an additional $4.90, pretty good I must say! we came on a weekend afternoon slightly before lunch time and seats were plenty. a crowd started to form outside at around 12:30pm? there were a lot of delivery riders who came to the store throughout. while this outlet isn’t as aesthetically renovated as their joochiat outlet, the food and the location’s convenience definitely more than made up for it.

we finally got to try their famous bagels! we got their GTF bagel, which had GORGEOUS layers of creamy egg, crispy hashbrown, and delish chicken ham. the bagel itself was also not too hard! the staff were very nice and friendly too. we'd definitely come back to try more of their bagels!

This is my 2nd time visiting. First time I visited but didn't get a chance to eat. I arrived and was told there was no power so they couldn't operate and asked me to come back 2 hours later but I didn't. This time round finally got to eat and didn't expect the place to be quite crowded. Arrived on a Sunday lunchtime and the indoor seats were all occupied. There isn't a lot of space indoor but there were a few outdoor tables and it was empty. Weather was hot so I decided to wait for an indoor seat and in the meantime decide what I wanted to eat. Was deciding between the teriyaki and the fried chicken and ended up ordering the fried one. I wanted to order the sweet bagel too and the guy told me the fried chicken is more flavourful while the teriyaki one would be a bit sweet. Food didn't take very long to be ready. Was curious why was there a buzzer on the table and it actually buzzed for me to collect the food when it was ready. First had the Backyard Birdie. Portion was big and was told it would be quite filling. I enjoyed the chicken very well fried and crispy. The meat was tender and juicy as well. The portion of the scrambled egg was big and was good too. The real bagel didn't look as nice as the one in photos maybe because I ordered the non spicy one which lacked some redness. The lemonade was good and refreshing and thought was cooling on a hot day. Had the smores and Nutella bagel which was interesting. I liked the way the bagel was a little crispy which gave a good texture. Food was overall good nothing to complain about and the price was reasonable. Would visit again probably to try the teriyaki one next time.

Small yet cosy indoor dine-in area with outside seating as well. The bagels were EXTREMELY GOOD! Made fresh upon order. Fluffy, buttery bagel buns smacked onto cheesy omelette & well-seasoned patty of choice. Mac & cheese was quite bland but definitely went well as a side of choice with the bagels. The coconut iced latte is a must-try for coffee lovers. Lemonade was refreshing too, as it came as a set with minimal top-up. Would definitely come back to try the rest of the menu as well 😋

Vanilla coffee is a tad sweet for me, but i love it is low acidity. We ordered szechun sunrise bagel. Basically is spicy chicken patty that tasted like otah. We are expecting chicken meat NOT in the form of a patty so this is disappointing and this is one of the more expensive bagel. There is NO mala numbing taste at all, only pure spicy like those spicy otah flavour. Not worth the money spent.

It is one of the best bagels shop in Singapore. My personal favourite!! It is a cute little abode with a very few tables. So please look out for peak timings to avoid crowd. We had tried double chicken Frizzle (little spicy) and Teriyaki chicken. It’s so delicious. Overall we liked the cozy ambiance and the perfect bagel. We will definitely visit again.

It was my first time trying bagels and this did not disappoint! I ordered the Chic Teriyaki and it was truly delicious. The chicken was succulent, sauces were on point and everything in that bagel just fused so well together. The lemonade went along really well with the bagels too. Overall loved it!

Ordered the Sichuan Chicken bagel and I would say it was good! The chicken patty was well infused with the mala taste and scrambled eggs were good too! Bagels itself were just not as chewy/doughy as expected, but personal preference on this. The fried chicken bagel, however, was on a drier side and not as juicy, so was quite disappointing. Don’t expect too much on their coffee, it’s more on the sour note so if you’re not a fan of sour coffee, do skip that Do take note that space is very limited and do expect some waiting time upon ordering~ would also be appreciated if the staffs were more proactive in making sure we can get a seat or some form of service would be good. Regardless, good first time experience~ wouldn’t mind coming back for their Szechuan chicken or their teriyaki grilled chicken bagel or if I happen to be nearby the area!

Had lunch here 2 weeks ago. I ordered the double chicken frizzie with lunch set. I chose tater tots for sides and lemonade for drinks. Overall, the meal was pleasant. The chicken was well seasoned and cooked. The tater tots were just the right amount of oily. Would come again!

Ridiculously filling and delicious! Not personally a fan of bread and pastries but the sandos and bagels did not disappoint at all. Mac and Cheese was super tasty and sinful as well. No regrets!

It was warm inside. Good took a decent amount of time to be prepared, considering how crowded it was, I’d say pretty reasonable. Bagel was so-so. Egg truffle sando was better.

The best part of the meal was the tater tots, not the bagel. I was having cravings for bagel and they disappoint me so much. The bagel was meh, the combi of the sauce, meat patty and the bagel did not go well together. They don't gel, like acting solo😅 And can I say the mala bagel, it was the worst. Nothing mala about it. You can only taste the peppercorn. I was so unsatisfied that I had to eat something else right after the meal to pacify myself.
