Kah Jak is surprisingly not halal anymore. The reason when i said this is because i was surprised that they publicly shared their menu (fried rice with fermented pork). We have ordered food and eat then just realised that they serve pork in their menu. Really disappointed as Kah Jak always be the go to restaurant when we are in Chatuchak. For muslim traveller, my tips is always need to be vigilant on the menu serve despite that they claim as it is to be Halal because it’s loosely implemented there.

Kah Jak for AWESOME beef green curry with fresh black pepper! Reasonable price at THB120. Large serving, all you need are 2 or 3 plates plain white rice to pair it with.

An underrated Thai Muslim Halal eatery. Their foods are delicious and prices are quite reasonable compare to the other Halal eatery at Chatucak Market. Make sure to reconfirm and recheck on what you're ordering because the lady gave me wrong orders twice when I went there. Lady can speak Malay language (Melayu).

Simple halal eatery in the heart of Chatuchak. A bit difficult to find with Google map. Follow the address 'section 25/8' clearly marked sign to navigate inside the market after entering from the roadside
