Good and generous portions! I love their kebabs and daily bowls 💞 the kebab is perfect if youre a light eater, whereas the burrito is bigger and super full with ingredients! super generous portions 🥰 Staff are super super friendly and swift, truly a blessing🤍 will definitely come back! have ordered delivery multiple times and food is always still warm, delicious and fresh! Food tastes fresh and everything was swift:) have love how healthy yet yummy the food is :)

Staff at Stuff’d Bishan are always happy to make your food & serve, they provide a warm environment for customers thus their long queues during peak hours. Staff are very accommodating to customised requests and they too take the time to explain when others are not too sure on how to order. Would like to also commend staff Lia at the outlet who is always friendly and attempts to make conversation so customers feel welcome, she’s also very cheery and bubbly. Overall, they’re doing a great job here and I would recommend this outlet over the others I’ve visited for sure!

Lia from J8 was very friendly. When I came to order food with my child, she was very friendly to us despite my child being very cranky. A good staff!

Was there to buy a chicken kebab at 6.38pm and there was a super long queue. I was able to speed up my order thanks to Lia. She noticed I was heavily pregnant. Appreciate the kind gesture!

Went over to get food and it was a wonderful customer service experience from the staff there particularly staff Lia. She served me with full of heart and genuinity. She was so patient with me too! I felt so welcome. Bring smile to the customers. Thank you 👍🏽🥰👍🏽🥰

Awesome. Taste wise I think it’s the best of all the Stuffd outlets in SG. The ingredients were hot, fresh, and well put together. I believe the difference here are the staff. They were efficient, polite, and seem to enjoy their job (compared to other places). Even though there was a queue, I did not wait more than 10minutes. The system here is also working well, with each staff helping out with putting wraps/salads together when it was getting busy.

ordered 4 satay chicken burrito.. new staff named “ADAM” the guy with lots of tattoos. Apparently he was from Causeway Point outlet..! Really good service! Very professional AND Very fast i’ve never seen that speed from someone that works in F&B!! Looking forward to his service if he covers j8 outlet again! Thank you Adam, you made my day!!

BATT is a great staff in Stuff'd. She gave recommendations for me and my family as its the first time we buy from Stuff'd. Due to being a vegetarian, she recommended us which food we can take. She even tried to help my child who can't take grains to get his food. She even piorised us as my wife is pregnant. It can take us a long time as its a long queue at that time. Thanks BATT for the excellent service. Will recommend this outlet(Junction 8) to our friends.

Usually when i buy stuffd, because i will choose only couscous and mashed because the rest i cant eat.. staff will always offer to dbl up for me but today this shakir guy didnt bother to at all.. and i bite onto a charcoal? Idk wads dat but it taste as burnt as charcoal and i threw the whole thing away..

Went to buy a chicken kebab, there was no queue but the staff batt and the cashier (a lady who wear glasses) both shows a really bad attitude. The kebab was given a pathetic portion (i cut the onion n tomatoes), it’s probably my fault for choosing to buy stuff d kebab. Anyway, this will be last time I m buying stuff d.

All staffs are friendly and nice even at peak hours. Ordered veggie bowl and at counter, Batt initiated to add more toppings for me cos it's too little serving for my veggie bowl. Really appreciate this little gesture and wanna give compliments to her :)))

Food is nice, staff is good. But there are just insufficient manpower to handle peak hours orders. Perhaps the management can consider disabling online orders through delivery apps temporary during peak hours? There is always long queue from walk-in customers during peak hours, and yet the staff still need to run around in hectic manner handling pick-up orders and delivery orders from customers using delivery apps, or delivery customers who came by to chase for their orders. Also, given today's society of insufficient manpower, perhaps the management should consider using automatic machine for ordering and payment instead, so that staff can concentrate in food preparation instead of having to take care of preparation, food heating, packing, payment and delivery apps order queries all at the same time. It will also speed up the entire wait time for walk-in customers too. Especially since the ingredients are pretty much a standard list, rather than having to spend time to attend to some indecisive customers, it would be much better to just let them do their own selection of the ingredients and sauces via an automatic order machine.

food is nice. However a staff working on 16/2/24 8.40pm wrapped my burrito horribly and with minimal effort. When i reached home and opened my burrito, it fell apart on its own as it was loosely wrapped despite having a lot of ingredients
