Super long wait and inconsistent portion!!! I ordered beef kebab from Causeway Point outlet today and I was extremely disappointed with the food! The portion of the beef given was so little! But the customer in front of me gotten a very big portion!!! I always bought kebab from other outlets (Raffles Place or Novena) and the portion they gave always makes me feel so full and satisfied! As you can from the pic taken, the total weight of this kebab I bought from Causeway Point outlet is way under 230g! Gosh! I am still hungry after finished this kebab!! Avoid this outlet at all cost !!!!

This review will be a case of expectation vs reality and localised taste. I have stayed in middle east for few years and travelled around GCC and Turkey. Kebab is one of favourite and i have tried many back then. Have heard good comments about the Kebab from Stuffd and decided to try it myself. Was there during a weekday 6.30pm. Q was long, waited for about 10mins for my turn. I wanted chicken meat for my kebab but was told must wait 10mins. Luckily i can take beef so i changed as dont want to wait. Wanted honey mustard sauce but was told not available. Not a good start. I always believe that ppl start Q ing for food with an expectation and will be good for the service team to inform ppl what is not available in advance. Paid and start eating. Personally i didnt like it. Not because it is not nice but expectation was misaligned. All the kebabs i had in middle east have french fries inside the wrap and the meat seem to be juicer. The wrap also will be more toasted. The Kebab from stuffd seem to be a healthier version, not sure if it is their intention. Is still nice but unfortunately there is always the middle east version in my mind and heart. I would try some other choices next time.

The service was awesome! Especially this lady 'Ana' at Causeway Point outlet. She guided me through for the massive order. I love the 'Impossible Daily Bowl' & the 'Beef Kebab'. Really tasty!! Keep up the good momentum Stuff'd family!! Highly recommended!! Happy Food Happy Customers! Cheers!!

I've been buying Stuff'd ever since it opened in causeway point and what always brings me back is not only the great food, but the amazing staff. Special shout out to Lita, Anna, Josh, Sachin and new staff Cindy for always making me feel at home and always including a personal touch whenever i come to buy Stuff'd. The queue at times can be very long due to delivery orders as well, but these staff work tirelessly through their shifts all the time and very very efficient. It has also come to a point where i don't need to order as they always remember my order and that is what i call top professionalism.

Last day I went to the outlet in causeway to buy a kebab when I was hungry. When I saw the long queue over there I was totally upset but the taste of kebab from causeway outlet push me into the queue. The delicious food and the customer service provided is so nice and it is the main attraction in that outlet. All the staff's over there are very friendly especially Jose who provides good customer services.

I bought 4 portions, 3 bowls and 1 kebab. All 3 bowls were under portioned with missing toppings!!! Utterly disappointing. Having order from stuff’d elsewhere and never had this problem.

Staff name: Lita, Salihin, Imran, Grace Went over to buy Stuff’d in a Saturday and the queue wasn’t very long. Was greeted with a warm welcome. Staff was super friendly especially Lita. Their portion is also very generous. This is my go to Stuff’d cause it’s very near to my house and I’d always visit when I want delicious yet healthy food. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

I like to make a complaint about this😡😡😡 i am very disappointed about this . They are remake wrongly my order. On paper have written 1, 2 . 1 is suppose is spicy but when I eat I saw mayocucumber sauce not spicy at all . 2 is a spicy. Autclly the second piece is for my other family can't eat spicy. Now become all I eat 😡😡😡

Thank you to the staff member named Ana who was serving me at Causeway Point Stuff'd; she really helped me with the ideal choice of food. I purchased the daily bowl and she recommended nice combo of base, sauces, and toppings. It was delicious, and I will definitely buy it again. Thank you!

Been a huge fan of Stuffd, in fact I have been having it for lunch almost everyday coming 3 months now. Food is great and the staffs was superb!!! Lita & Salehin was amazing service staff who went beyond to make the overall experience fantastic. Keep it up! A true asset to the service industry!

The service was impeccable. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, guiding me through the menu and they were very friendly as well. The food was well prepared and really up to the standard. A really big shout-out to the staff Grace, Lita, Yuva, and Ana for being so helpful.

Terrible serving size for daily bowl. :( The cashier nicely informed the food handling staff that she gave too little ingredients and my bowl is underweight. So to add on to the weight, she just poured on a bunch of corn. I should have asked for more mashed potato as what she gave was measly. $8.60 for half a bowl of corn is so not worth it. Also look at the 3 pieces of broccoli! Ordered at 12:36 lunch time

I have consistently received five pieces of salmon in my salmon bowl orders, but this time I only got four. Eating it feels like there's not enough substance. Additionally, I chose three toppings, all mashed potatoes, which were also quite scarce. Although the weight might meet the standard, could you please consider using smaller containers in the future? It looks more satisfying and appealing when the container isn't half-empty, and it's a bit disheartening.

Her professionalism and attentiveness greatly enhanced the experience,ensuring a seamless and enjoyable visit. The way she handles customers looks so heartwarming. I visited this outlet at 8pm today. Ordered the Salmon daily bowl and patiently waited at the front of the line for 15 minutes as the staff handled online orders - no issue with this. But even when not handling, staff was extremely slow and chatting. Portion was very very sad. No other Stuff’d outlet I’ve bought from have ever given so little, just look at the pictures. Barely any veggie (I asked for all veggie) and so stingy with toppings. Asked for Herbed Zucchini and Carrot, staff told me no more zucchini. Thought I can replace with another topping but she just started including whatever leftover carrot (edit: as i'm eating only got 3 pieces of carrot cryyyy...) into my bowl and it counted as 1 topping lol. Truffle potato salad only give 2 pieces… Can’t deny that this bowl passed the weight test at 450g, but safe to say I won’t be returning to this outlet again. Seems like other recent reviews have experienced the same things.

Saw many reviews thanking staff by name. I wonder if they are fake. How many buyers will actually notice let alone remember the staff name. We are too busy looking at the ingredients selection to go into the order. Anyway I ordered the kebab today and it is not bad. A bit pricey but packed with ingredients.

This is the slowest store I have been too unfortunately I am living here and have not much options. We ordered a daily bowl without any topings, just meat and requested for salsa since we are not taking anything else. They were not happy to do so, we were still charged full price for a bowl. This was a special request we understand which other stores in Plaza Sing, Chinatown, Jem all happily obliged and even felt bad for us and added more salsa / chicken. This store, zero customer service .

Service is slow because staff is preparing for online orders despite having long queues at the outlet. I started queuing today at around 7.20pm today and waited for about 20 mins to be my turn. I ordered a Quesadilla and was informed that i need to wait 10-15 mins, so I was asked to stand aside, ok so i continue to wait patiently till 8pm. At 8pm, I asked the staff if my quesadilla is ready , guess what the staff said? “Did you order just now?” I mentioned to him, “Yes. i thought you asked me to wait here for 15 mins?” And i realised he did not prepare the Quesadilla only until I asked him about it. So at the end i got my order at around 8.10pm. I am so disappointed with their service. I went to Yew Tee outlet before, usually they only require about 5 mins to prepare quesadilla. They would close the online ordering temporarily during peak hours to handle long queues. Just hoping that the management can look into it and provide better customer experiences.
