Been awhile since I last ate at Long John Silver. Same great taste and price. Unfortunately their coleslaw and clam chowder soup was sold out. Good that they still provide straws unlike other big fast food restaurants which stopped providing straws due to environmental reasons.

Salmon is nicely cooked. A little too salty, but overall still decent.

Hit and miss. Somedays the service staff are polite but somedays are just terrible. Usually, the managers serves better as compared to the usual staff. Food quality can be inconsistent at times, chicken pieces can be mushy sometimes. Serving time was absolutely terrible months ago but have improved recently.

We come to this LJS quite often but lately, they have been very understaffed and service has declined. 1 person on the cashier, 1 in the kitchen is not enough for a Sunday breakfast crowd. My order was incomplete and the drinks were half full and wrongly done. Lots of people left the line because it took so long. An hour and a half wait for a breakfast for 3 people is ridiculous. I am not blaming the staff, they were obviously overwhelmed with constant grab orders and a long queue. Either turn off grab orders or enrol more people on a Sunday morning!

Came on Sunday, at 530pm..no one at the queue. But had to wait 20 mins just for the manager to take our orders cause she prioritised the multiple grab orders. Didn't even acknowledge our presence there and treat us like we are invisible. The least she could do is to let us know..

Had this lady aged around 50s as cashier taking order. Understand she was alone this morning need to settle with lots of grab food booking. Another customer and me were waiting patiently for her for taking down the order. When reach my turn, maybe I'm wearing the mask she can't hear me well I replied I'm having here, need dori porridge with soft boiled egg, iced milo. She said what ? with inpatience tone. At the end didn't take down my soft boiled eggs order. I leave it and rather have something at home if I'm hungry. STRONGLY SUGGEST YOUR OUTLET TO HAVE KIOSK FOR YOUR CUSTOMER TO ORDER THEMSELVES, SINCE YOU ARE SHORTAGE OF STAFF, AND HAVING SUCH A RUDE STAFF AT COUNTER I think I won't go here for breakfast for sometime due to this unpleasant experience. I knew this staff she is emotionless and not so friendly when taking your order but her attitude for this morning I really cannot take it.

Very poor inflexible service, stop taking breakfast order at 10.59 without considering customers is in the queue before 10:45. She don’t even apologise for the inconvenience caused. The picture show she still preparing breakfast, porridge order at 11:10. Hope Long John silver take customer service training seriously.

I was told that they will call my queue number once my food is ready (i am dinning in). As i was seated at the back, they only called my number once which i am unsure if i heard it but i tried my luck and walked to the front. My food which was open was just left at the side of the ledge beside the counter. Not on any tray and the staff didnt even bother to make sure someone collect the food and just left it there. There was also a wild pigeon in the restaurant (really no idea how it got there). Didnt go to the front to inform the cashier as that would mean i would have to walk past the pigeon. So i went to the kitchen at the back to inform the staff that there’s a wild pigeon flying around but he ignored me. I will never dine here ever again.

I feel very disappointed that they don't have coffee for breakfast . The staff told the machine out of service since yesterday . I enjoy the food at long John but they don't have any options other than ask me to upgrade to Milo and pay for it. I paid $0.60 . If no coffee then they should offer Milo with no charge . Not good at all. The hash brown was not hot and crispy. It is not acceptable that you advertised your food with coffee but no coffee . Service is not good . Please help to improve your service . If not coffee then don't advertise in your menu 😔

Just mess up and terrible. Fries were cold, there were no chilli sauce, garlic bread more like a toast bread, ordered nacho cheese and it was not there. Tried calling them and no one answer. LJS standard drop drastically. Their fries used to be one of the best but now i would say it has to be one of the worst fastfood fries ever. Couldnt even enjoy my meal thanks

TBH, I really love the food. But it’s really important that they must pay attention to having enough manpower to handle the lunch/dinner crowd. Having 1 manpower to do cashiering + taking in online orders from grab/food panda is not correct. While i understand that u will want to strike a balance between both, having 1 more manpower to handle order taking will be better

Food is great, however it is severely understaffed during key meal timings. It has at most one counter manned at all times, for which the staff is also responsible for filling drinks and serving orders. This leads to a pileup in the queue at dinner timings, and also a longer wait for food to be served (on a Sunday evening, I queued for 11mins, and my food was ready 14mins thereafter.) This is not the fault of the overworked staff, but perhaps rather the insufficient staff allocation by restaurant management. This also seems to have an effect on outlet cleanliness, as I have observed small pests in past occasions - hopefully this issue has been resolved.

The place is super dirty, chairs, tables, floor serving trays pretty much everything... Food is not good and taste old but maybe it's my taste. But please clean your serving area. If what we can see is like this, don't even wanna see what the kitchen looks like....
