Had their signature chicken. I was so worried it would be spicy but it was not. Now I wish it would have been spicier as the chicken was grilled with perfection l. I didn't particularly like the kicap chicken as the spices tasted raw. But it's still a five star cause of the chicken. YUMMY

Nasi lemak flavourful, better than some other place. Chicken was tender, and the sambal ijo power! So spicy!

The chicken was flavourful but on the dry side. We loved the sambal. Portion was generous as well.

Excellent barbecued chicken with nice sambal 👍🏻👍🏻 However, I feel that the rice is not fluffy and is too mushy for my liking. Overall, very delicious meal 😋😋😋

The chicken was not grill. Feel like eating yellow steam chicken with chilli on top. Rice are too hard, not properly cook.

Been eating their food since they open, stopped for few months and the Taste standard dropped. Not sure is it change of chef/cook or the heart isn't there. I'm a chef myself and I can understand the feeling of heavy heart and the spirit isn't there. Rice not as flavourful as before, fried chicken wing isn't fried like how they did before. But food is still ok good. Still worth trying.

$6.90 for the set, price affordable and taste very good. Chicken thigh is grill to perfection while the meat is tender and still juicy. The sambal on top is perfect match with the grilled chicken. Not too spicy yet enhance the flavor. They also give some chili paste aside if the kicap sambal, and that taste great too. Also not too spicy.

The stall forgot to include the fried eggs for the ampeng set (3 pax), but when I told them about it they gave the eggs and also threw in a grilled chicken for free. Their eggs are amazing, perfectly cooked with a runny yolk

Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang’s food is excellent. They have a Michelin Special; everything on it is tasty, chicken and rice are succulent. Will definitely come back again!!!

Looks good, tasty, kind owner, and good price. Although there are too much rich flavour fighting in the plate. Rich lemak rice with 2 kinds of rich sambal, very nice first mouthful, quite jelat in the end.

The star of the dish being the chicken is bland and tasteless. Wonder if it’s marinated or supposed to be grilled? The coat of taliwang chili lacks distinct flavor as claimed. The saving grace are the rice, egg and sambal chili which are cooked alright.

1st time to this outlet, friendly staff, took time to explain their selection and initiative to serve the chili by the side when aware of my spiciness tolerance😆👍🏻

Highly recommended Nasi Lemak. A taste which is a its own level. The smokiness of the grill chicken is out of the world. The rice is special as there is a hint of ginger tint to it. The chilli paste or Samba top notch. Plus, the sunny side up is freshly done. I would buy here anytime as compared to those few stores at Changi Village other than "International," which is the real deal.
