I’ve been here many times for dinner. The chicken with pineapple burger and beef soup is really good and consistent. The staff deserve a pay raise. Such consistency and quality is hard to find.

Place is clean. Very comfortable to be in. Service was fast, food was good. Howeverrrr, there are 2 service staffs (1 in the kitchen, male, the other one female, packing the orders, etc) the guy didn't wear mask, the auntie wore mask but under the nose. Please understand not everyone is comfortable ordering if you don't wear mask.

Ordered Soup Spoon on Deliveroo. Waited for an hour for my order. It arrived but only half of my order came. My entire PotPie set was not even in the bag. I didn’t even receive my potpie set. Called the Paya Lebar outlet but I was hang up on 3 times. 3 Times eh? Seriously what kind of service is this? I’m never going to soup spoon ever again.

Not sure what the bad reviews are about TBH. It's my second visit to The Soup Spoon in my life (first being over 5 years ago) and I honestly thought they have improved tremendously. The Velvety Mushroom Stroganoff was creamier and more flavorful as compared to the mushroom soup I've had the first time. They also expanded their menu and I tried their Herb Chicken Breast with Mushroom. Not the best... But edible. Also, I think the space here is really conducive for a catch up with friends. The two corner seats behind are rather quiet and closed off from the main crowd. The nice malay girl in tudong was very service-oriented and polite when she took my order.

Severely understaffed outlet that resulted in extremely slow service and tables all full of uncleared plates. We had to wait for 5 minutes before a staff member who was preparing the meals decided she should take our order. Items like a drink couldn't be changed from iced lemon tea to water (because it was a student set; what happened to healthier choice?). We waited for more than 30 minutes and we still did not have our sandwiches; she had forgotten about them. I haven't had this problem with other Soup Spoon outlets.

Was terrible for this takeout. Gave me the wrong order. Trying the new Vietnamese Stew but gave me some weird spicy vegetables stew instead. I’m find that the staff often are not familiar with the soups which looked alike in the pots. Wondered why they couldn’t label them. Anyhow never ate it as it was too spicy for my tummy. Thanks alot!

My go to place for a tasty soup and salad cravings. They have a small space for dining in at Paya Lebar Square branch. good for dining in alone.

Ordered a clam chowder, but it tasted sour… 🤢 stomach felt unwell after. I highly doubt clam chowder is meant to taste sour. Kitchen area looked messy and staff weren’t wearing gloves either. Clam chowder soup had some red liquid in it too, doesn’t that mean the scoop was used for another soup and not washed??? Lack of directions on how to order too. Although, staff was pleasant in guiding me.

I visited this restaurant and was a bit underwhelmed by the taste of the food. While the dishes were decent, they lacked the wow factor that I was hoping for. The flavors were somewhat bland and could have used a bit more seasoning to give them a little more depth.

Couldn’t accompany my partner to eat my packed food in the shop. So I had to squat outside to eat while she eats her soup inside. Note that we were the only customers around, so I wasn’t hogging the table for other paying ones. Other outlet can, don’t know why this one cannot as I’m on a prepared diet: I wouldn’t say that this is the most flexible shop around. Sad. Will dine at other places in future.
