Ordering wings and chicken. Wings were good and fresh, but chicken was old and rubbery like it had been sitting since lunch, couldn't eat it. Please don't serve your customers this.

Overall experience was good. Taste and quality was consistent with other locations. Service was a little slow, they seemed understaffed for a Friday night. Regardless, it was a nice cheat meal.

I was there on Tuesday night at 6:30 pm. Girl at cash told me they don’t have spicy chicken. I asked how long is the wait. She goes we are not cooking spicy chicken tonight as we are not busy. Also, the regular chicken store was serving was on a tray on the counter ( like the store is closing soon and getting cold as not under heat lamp )I asked the cashier it’s only 6:30 are you guys closing soon. She goes no we will close at midnight. Unacceptable Popeyes. can’t do that. Wake up guys you are loosing business. I saw 3 customers walking out as there was no spicy chicken. I hope this is a wake up call for you guys .

Food was good I love Popeyes but the fries were a little soggy. The portion seems smaller here unless it has change? I usually go to only locations in Ajax which have better quality

Tuesday night is chicken night, this time, at this Popeyes location. Though they have a $4.49 two-piece chicken, dark meat of course, we ordered a house special of 6-pieces, two drinks, two biscuits & choice of two sides. I think we paid around $20, tax included, but I like the fact that we get 2 pieces of white meat. We dined in as we prefer newly fried chicken. The sales clerk was very helpful, providing us with extra plates, cutlery, ketchup, napkins and hot sauce. Delicious!

WORST LOCATION IN CANADA!!! I ordered popcorn shrimp and it was HORRIBLE! The shrimp did NOT taste fresh at all!! The fries were cold! The only thing I enjoyed was my bottle of water! Never ordering ever again!!!

Between the reviews of them robbing customers this location needs to be looked into for hire up. Always check your food first. They will give less than required if they can and they will turn around and tell you to give it back or prove it. It’s best this location be closed down or looked into for new management for as Usman is not fit for position as his resolution skills are poor. He tried to take back the chicken they made a mistake with and refused to refund my $30. I had to stand there for 10 minutes before the manager Usman to finally give me a refund after ordering 1 hr and 30 minutes prior. If I could stand outside this establishment to warn individuals. I would.

I should have read the recent reviews before heading here - they basically gave me a different piece than what was specified in the 3 piece i ordered, and they tried to sneak it in, but i've learnt to check my order before leaving When i called it out, they asked, oh you want the wing well we don't have any. The girl at the cash was very nice, it's not on her... I was standing right there, if they turned around and asked me, I would have accepted something different, instead of trying to just sneak it in. They ended up giving me a wing in mild after i asked, the person fulfilling the order just threw it in there, no acknowledgment or apology....Dishonesty never prevails, go somewhere else folks. These restos acting like they doing you a favour don't deserve your business

I tried ordering the new chicken wings via UberEats. The restaurant accepted my order and was taking forever to prepare it, which seemed odd for a fast-food chain. My husband went inside the store eventually to confirm and was told they don’t have chicken wings. At that point, the store had indicated the order was “ready” via the app. They offered an alternative but would not refund it. I had to contact Uber directly to ask them to cancel the order. What a joke.

Usman is awesome! My go to Popeyes! Very friendly staff. They are very fast and efficient and made us very good chicken! 10/10 I would come back here again. I recommend this place to all my family and friends.

My experience at this Popeyes establishment is beyond words of expression. Let’s begin with their automatic service, we have been given great hospitality and have been met with generous employees who continue to warm us with care and compassion. They continue to offer students who are common goers, extra food and will never provide us short of service. Mariyam, a front line cashier, greeted us with kindness and provided me and my friends with exceptional and memorable service that we will continue to be grateful for, as this popeyes is our favourite spot to hangout in!
