Love the laid back vibes of this branch. Super low traffic on weekend afternoons makes for a great study or work location. The cafe is elegantly designed with a natural wood tone. Lots of food options around after a hard day's work. Coffee is reliable as expected from CBTL.

This outlet has excellent seating capacity, fast free Wifi, an efficient & friendly staff, and a cozy & clean environment. Maybe best of all is the oat milk latte! A vegan favourite. 🐮 There is even a possibility to reserve tables!

Oat milk latte and pancake set is delicious. Their coffee is good. Good coffee beans are important. Nice and less crowded environment, friendly staff with free parking on a weekend by ARC. Can fully enjoy my brunch without fearing of escalating parking costs. Saw some new varieties to their cake selection. Will be back again to this outlet. ❤️ 😍

Mediocre food that can't be saved by decent coffee in an ok environment. The music is nice, but the seating area is to brightly lit and the light is too cold / white to be comfortable.

This is the place I always come to for coffee if I come to ARC (which is quite often actually - once a month on average). Always has seats/tables and rather quiet. Coffee and cakes are of a good standard which one can expect from coffeebean. However this outlet has too little staff manning it. There are only 2 staff taking orders and preparing drinks. The wait to order and then collect the drinks is too long.

Breakfast croissant is nice, but the scrambled egg is bad. It’s hard and feel like eating paper. The staff replied that their scrambled egg is hard, not soft. I’ll avoid Coffee Bean breakfast in the future.

Good place for a catch up meeting. We bought breakfast n sat for about 2 hours without any problem on a Saturday morning. No crowd so can sit for a longer period.

Nice cafe with nice decor. Laidback place. Paid an arm for an ice blended drink but that's the world we live in now.

Was surely provided excellent impeccable services from the staff who made to perfection my English breakfast tea with milk alongside my brown sugar. They very courteous and friendly. Appreciate it surely. Thank you very much for this coffee bean at ARC on 12th June 2023 at 8.35am, also 13th June about 9.00am, 16th June at 7.57am & 5th July 2023 at 8.01am.

Went to ARC. A lady staff named Ms Tricia approached us rudely as we were seated at their outside area but yet to place order. Obviously lack of customer service attitude, she approached us & told us off - "you cannot sit if not ordering!". Not a single opening line of "excuse me, may i ask if....". We were shocked & appalled but called her back to tell her how rude she was. She walked away. 5mins later, we placed our order & complained to the manager, Ms Hany who was at counter. I briefly told her that her staff lacked customer service level. All we can conclude is that this outlet lacks passionate staff & need to retrain them on how gd service & how to approach customers. Will not go there anymore, bad experience. I hope the Area manager will look into this feedback.

25 Nov 23, Sat. ARC outlet was quite packed and I came alone and join the queue to place my order. There were limited seats. A lady came later and simply put her handbag on the seat and join the queue. Management should not allow such "reservations" when an order is not placed yet.
