After the reno, lost the cozy feel, now feel like a canteen, bright n noisy. Carrot 🥕 cake is toooooo sweet, is there any way your cakes can be reduced in sweetness as now government is encouraging low / no sugar for healthy lifestyle?? Staffs are still as usual friendly 👍🏻

I drop by when I go to the hospital. Good counter service even though they are very busy. Cakes are fine. Oh... and the lemon chamomile was a generous infusion bundle. Not your usual tea bag. I really like their festive theme of "Grateful". Very appropriate for Christmas.

I got warded in TTSH, missed the dinner and couldn’t go down to buy food. I called coffee bean and Zac picked up. I asked if he could help me drop off the food at the reception of TTSH after I do an order on the food app and opt for self pickup. Zac was so kind and agreed to help. He even asked if I would need cutlery since my default option is always no cutlery. When the nurse delivered my food, I smiled coz Zac had put a note on my food to “Get well soon :)” It really made my day. Thanks Zac!! Of course, Brek O Day is my favorite all day breakfast at coffee bean. The scrambled eggs are nicely done.

Salmon brioche eggs benedict (feat. HARD BOILED EGGS). How about that for a great start to your weekend morning? Sent it back once and the eggs still came back hard boiled. Hollandaise sauce? Separated and had no citrus kick to it. Please don't waste your money on this (retail: $12.90). One star given for the service by the lady. She bothered to apologize and she did it with a smile. Props to you! :) Thank you for making my morning a little bearable. P.S. The manager who sent out the first batch of eggs ben didn't even bother to check in with me. #customerservicefail

They should hire more than one person to make drinks and the other take order. I almost always see one person doing everything and the queue is always long. Apart from this, ice latte is good and thanks for that.

I’ve request for Raw sugar but they don’t the stock but they’ve replace with 2 sachets white sugar and 2 sachets equal sugar and note for me ☺️ thank you team, I really appreciate it. Good job 👏

Giving a low score due to the website stating Wifi availability but it is not when I am physically in the store. The only visible wifi has a password lock to it. If you are thinking of getting any wifi services in this store, please skip this.

Guy didnt know what he was doing Was here at 1 October 2023 at 0015. Asked for 2 chocolate cookies crumble both with extra shot of coffee. He just took a heavy breath as if he wasnt pleased lmao

Tried the breakfast promo 2 sets for $12. Unfortunately the bread was dry and broke off easily, the chicken ham and egg were also small and lacked flavour. The tater tots were cold and hard to bite through; no flavour and definitely not fresh. The only saving grace was the Spanish latte which was nicely done and not overly sweet.

Love getting my drinks from here, but what made me want to write a review is just cuz of a bad incident on 27/11/23 , night staff , i went to order my drink at around 0430hrs, this indian staff was doing some grab orders while talking to someone on the phone via loud speaker, did not once acknowledge me at all or even bother to tell me to kindly wait. Waited awhile till I had to personally ask him "r u busy?" He didnt even look at me and said "ya settling this" , showing me the grab order. First time experiencing this, never had any issue with the staff, all the staff have been very friendly, this is my first time encountering this staff and just pure shock. I left and didnt even get my drink , had to buy elsewhere, the staff didnt even cared . Please kindly talk to him .

The staff here have only one thing consistent: they'd ignore your presence and would just finish whatever task they're doing (they'd actually continue packing food for pickup). waited for 2 mins by the counter--got ignored by three staff. there's not even a queue!!! walked to the opposite coffee shop- dispensed my coffee in 90 secs.
