Very a busy outlet serving the public and staff. I have observed that the team and the manager works well, fast, efficient and most importantly customer centric. Manager who served me was very polite and reminded me that since I am already getting a soup I can consider getting a drink. Appreciate enjoy their work rate while being friendly, thank you so much!

Was looking to a place for afternoon tea break when was there with son, while waiting for doc consultation appt. delifrance’s pastries 🥮 were variety, however the cappuccino was disappointing, not because $5.50 come without art, it’s not handcrafted! The coffee machine looked exactly same as the one 7-11 is using, but price is more than double! Well .. I cannot compare it with convenient shop, sorry! 🤪

Very poor management by the staff. Apparently buying ready made stuff are also made to queue behind people buying sandwiches waiting to be made. Process flow could have been more smooth

I ordered a Signature Tuna sandwich with bread. The vendor did not put enough tuna in the big white ciapata bread. I asked him friendly to put some little bit more tuna as the bread will be too dry to eat. Also the tuna didn't seemed to be as usual mixed with mayonnaise. He refused to add tuna and said he used the scope. I replied that the amount of tuna was the size of a coffee spoon and the next customer who had ordered a croissant also with tuna confirmed that in his croissant there was too much tuna. I remarked the bad feelings of the vendor towards me and told him I am prepared to buy more for an extra scope of tuna to let the sandwich taste better for my high pregnant wife. After paid the extra he just added same amount of a teaspoon scope of tuna which you still couldn't see in the sandwich. Dissapointed and frustrated I left the counter and will not come back anymore in this shop when he will be there. I am a regular customer and have always been satisfied of Delifrance. You deserve better and this kind of workers can damage your image! Be careful

One person taking order, making sandwich, making drinks. Staff around simply just cruising around and not helping. Takes 15 mins to serve one customer. Poor management here

Sitting is squeezy. The apple turnover had no apple pieces just a thin paste, Mac and cheese had 1 small piece of ham. The drinks was ok.

Got fly on the cheesecake. Am surprised that the cashier didn't spot it. Luckily, they changed it. My friend says employee got hygiene issue. Do take note on the food handling portion. Some more its in hospital...

Rajen the manager was very friendly, saw the same for all staff. The croissant was toasted to perfection, and iced latte was nice, though there was no straw till we asked. Noticed the other staff uncle was able to converse to different customers in their native language, so personable! The store was nicer than before..

Bought a chicken delight for son as it is his favorite item at delifrance. Thoroughly disappointed with the service and standard with delifrance. The food standard remains after the price hike but the company still wants to cut cost by depriving customers of the usual cutlery and tissue for takeaways. The sandwich now costs $8.50, up from the usual $7.50-$7.80. I believe customers are fine with the price hike but delifrance should minimally maintain food and service standards after increase in price, not shortchanging customers after price hike.

Just wanted to have a croissant to go for a quick bite. But I was asked to join the queue for those intended to dine-in. Waited 40 mins for a takeaway croissant. Ridiculous and disappointing experience. Hope they can improve on this.

Im happy with the service given by Ms Junezah, as when she saw my baby girl, she appear to say hi and politely served us the food politely and with a good smile. She even did an extra mile by giving us extra tissue upon requesr.. keep up the good job. With this type of staff we have, im sure more client or food buyers will return again... thumbs up...

The cutting board was gross. It was stained with all kinds of sauce. I don't remember it happening at other Delifrance outlet. I gave up queueing subsequently.

Nice food, great customer service as my wife ordered Brioche French Toast and initially was prepared incorrectly as UT was just Toasted Brioche Bread, but staff took corrective actions and prepared correctly. Great work. 👍 perhaps check SOPs and do a tool talk session with staff ... but great customer recovery service

Order hot water today. The cashier said it is only for baby. I was a little bit confused here, if the place don't serve hot water to adult, then why opened in a hospital? So patients with issue with sugar intake or just need warm or hot water are not welcome here?

Can be crowded during lunch time but it’s one of the few places within KKH where you can sit and take a break while waiting for your results/consultation. They have sandwich and toast sets available, although the food itself was pretty average. The cheese and mushroom toastie ($~7.90) was served warmed with a side salad, pretty filling. Their hot chocolate was pretty comforting and had just the right amount of chocolate and milk ratio, I was pleasantly surprised for a drink that used chocolate powder to make.

I reached 8am... there only one other customer. Nice and quiet. Service lady super nice and fast. Delifrance is just my comfort food. Love the strawberry tart. Make the med app a bit bearable.
