The Worst Male Stuff they have at vivo.. does not even want to serve.. watching video.. wait almost 5 mins in front of the counter.. when I said I will take photo then he stand up... RUBBISH QUALITY.. SHOULD GIVE HIM MINUS 10 STAR INSTEAD

Rude male staff at Vivocity Mr. bean. I wanted Cheese pancake but at about 805pm male staff said not making. I then ordered 2 Choc 1 Peanut pancake (on display) but he gave 1 of each. I corrected n a Trainee rectified. Then i spotted Cheese pancake on display w/o the signage. Male staff said those are reserved, which makes me wonder if those are for him to bring home. I also ordered Mixed Glutinous balls Beancurd NO SUGAR but was repeatedly asked what sugar level and then he gave me Black Sesame only. I asked if there’s anymore Soy milk. Trainee said the male staff kept away. But at that point he’s packing Soy milk for “reserved” customer but no intention to sell me. At this point i’m very annoyed and left with what i previously ordered. I came here for the reviews and i’m surprised so many people feedbacked but the male staff is still around?!

Was at the stall at 8:55am on friday morning, there was only a male staff there, he saw me but kept continuing with his work ignoring me, after standing there for a few minutes, i decided to wave and say hello are u open? He finally turned with a very tired face (maybe mr bean over worked him) and told me it is not opened yet and then continue with his chore. Not sure if mr bean at vivo changed their opening hours?

I only went to Mr Bean once in a blue moon, and the male staff there was rude af. I asked about a promo deal, I know he heard me but he ignored my question and gave an unhappy look, proceeds to look "busy". I just came to look at the reviews and sure enough there was many similar complaints about this particular staff. Am writing for the customers to see because I know Mr Bean will not do anything about it anyways.

wah the service guy seriously needs to be fired. worst attitude sia. I see a lot of ppl complain in the reviews already. Whoever is the manager or regional manger really need to take action. Worst person working here. I work in the service industry before I have never treated anyone like this. Shouts at you for asking if they have tissues.
