Ordered nasi lemak with chicken wing directly from the shop at the Waterway Point shopping mall for 6.30$. The nasi lemak sauce was a bit too sweet and made the overall dish too sweet. Chicken is ok but not wow. Cucumber is not eatable. Overall ok why not but I wont order there again. Not a good nasi lemak in singapore. I tried better elsewhere.

Pricey nasi lamek with only chicken wing, Ikan bilis and fried egg. Understand that premium rice basmati is used but is only worth when is well cook with coconut favor. And please put up the menu on the TV panels instead of the pathetic small paper menu next to the cashier machine so people can decide on what to order while queuing instead of checking out when comes their turn.

Bought from this outlet at least 5x. So far very good for me. The food here are fresh and yummy. Chilli is good, nasi lemak just nice not to creamy or oily, chicken wing is crispy and juicy. Few Malay staff here are very friendly and helpful. Will always love to come back here for their yummy food and friendly staff.

The food is decent but the service is horrible. Everyone seems to be some sort of time stasis, it is just really annoying but not much alternative nearby so if you are in hurry please do not buy. Or else I would say still a good bite.

Price have almost increase by 25% yet the dishes portion have shrink. Chilli are not as good as it used to be. Staff are not interested in taking your order as you stand at the counter for 3-5mins waiting for them to serve you. Will not be ordering there again as there are cheaper and better Nasi Lemak around the area.

I just went to buy a nasi lemsk, at Waterway Point Crave, the counter staff was totally answered unpleasant way & simply said that no change for $50, since morning they didn’t sold out any makan ..? What a worst way of serving customer ..? Very worst ..

Always missing items from delivery order. Once was missing 3 pcs of begadil. Another time a missing a fish fillet.... Not sure if the employee at this branch is here to pass time or here to work.... This kind of small mistake can be so often....

Tonight I bought 2 packets of nasi lemak after work for dinner. So disappointed with the nasi lemak. There is no coconut fragrance or lemak taste in the rice. In addition, have to buy extra 1 tiny tiny tub of chilly because chilly very little. It's unreasonable price due to the low quality of taste. The chicken wing is fried to dark brown perhaps without change of oil. Its tasteless too. Inflation is not about lowering quality of the food to increase profit, their key attraction is fragrant nasi lemak, not plain nasi. Hope they improve. Boycotting Crave Waterway for the rest of the year.

Ordered royal + chicken wing set but Royale came without chicken. Few days later, ordered the same 2 packet, but only 1 had chilli in it ….. please make sure the staff is well trained and more meticulous, I love crave Nasi lemak but the Waterway branch is very very careless that it really is becoming more annoying rather than funny.

There are a lot of takeout orders. The store also has to take orders. I waited for at least 5 minutes before they came to serve me. When I ordered, they asked me with a very unhappy attitude and their eyes were very unfriendly.I hope the work attitude of the workers can be improved

i order on Garb food Apps for this order i dont believe i order Nasi Lemak But i come With NO SAMBAL！i spend 15dollor for this no sambal nasi lemak？how your Staff working on the shop？is to hard to check the order and put the Correct item in the bag？this is the standard on Crave Nasi Lemak ？？？？？

I ate their meehoon set at 10am today. To be honest, I think it taste good (at least I like it). But they literally add too much MSG or something else. I am still thirty now after 7+ hours, this is crazy. (It's Definitely not caused by my lunch, I had this condition before lunch time)

Bought Nasi Lemak Selar Fish add on Chix Wings and add on 2 scoops of sambal. I did get 2 small container of sambal which I paid for but wondering that I should get 3 sambal in small containers instead. Doesn't Nasi Lemak comes together with sambal?

Decided to write a review and hope to reach out to the manager of this Crave outlet at Waterway Point. Need to address the under staff and the service of the existing staff. They are taking way too long to pack the food that is ready to be served for queuing customer. Ordered the crispy chicken 5 pieces at 6:50pm but until 7:20 pm , staff are still busy trying to clear food order from Grab food and I have not receive my order. The packing of the food seriously need improvement and staff need to send for training to pack food in systematic ways, so as to speed up the process. Looking at them and the queue gets longer, many of the customers lost patient. I ended up asking for refund after 30mins of wait, which is disappointing.

I'm a food panda rider. This outlet too relaxed. Old lady seems to be slacking half the time and didn't bother replying when I asked for order number. Poor other guy, solo do all the work. Toxic sia.
