Prior reviews about the closing time not being observed is 100% accurate. The branch offers an array of innovative excuses to justify early closure. An absolute shame for a well-loved brand to condone such practices for utter lazy employees.

Rushed down after work to get some cookies, I arrived 5 mins before the stores closes but they didnt allow any more purchases to be made. Staff could be more friendly when turning down thou.

Attitude of chinese auntie working there is terrible. I asked what was the flavor of the month to be entitled the 50g extra chocolate pecan, she said can choose anything. Yet, when I chose other flavors instead, she brushed me off saying 50g is not given because I did not choose chocolate pecan. Did not even give me a chance to change flavors because she hurriedly packed the cookies and demanded me to pay. On second thought, I should have just walked off instead of accomodating and paying for such bad service! I'll never be back again.
