The Indian guy I suppose is the manager at the order counter was polite n efficient. I have to say efficient because clearly they are under staff as patrons all came at almost the same time n he managed it well. Nice breakfast!

Popular outlet with limited seats. The new Kakiage Angus beef burger was very delicious though a little oily and less filling because it does not use a burger bun to hold the patty. Instead, it uses shredded vegetables in tempura batter as top and bottom. Perhaps that was the reason the burger needed more time to prepare. The Ultimate Angus Classic BBQ beef burger was also very nice. The beef patty in both burgers were nicely marinated and tender.

Food is excellent! Freshly made. But bear in mind when it comes to peak hours, this place can be full of people and expect long waiting time for food deliveries to be sent to your homes. I'd always go for the mushroom swiss burger as they don't have it in certain parts of the world. Recommended for travelers to try it out.

Has always been ordering delivery for Burger King but today, we chose to walk in to Burger King Tampines Mall for our lunch. We are warmly served by Assistant Manager Munesh at the counter whom is very friendly taking our orders. Will definitely dine in again at Tampines Mall Bk 🤩👍

Got the double mushroom Swiss beef burger (think it's good enough, no need to get the Angus beef one cos there's close to no difference) and it was alright, mushrooms with the sauce was pretty good. The cheese fries, they were generous with the sauce which made me happy when I first opened it...but there was a weird chemical taste (not sure if it's the fries or cheese) when I started tucking into it.

Bought 2 double mushroom swiss burger on the 6/8/23 around 11.30pm. Sad to to say the food quality is terrible, bun was not even toasted or make warm/hot. I was given god damm burger that felt like was left out for a long time. Same goes to the burger patties as well as the mushrooms inside. Come on lah customer paid for it at least do your basic job well la if your service staff is just talking around. Check the quality before you serve or at least make sure ur food is warm not freaking cold and serve old and dry patties that have been on the god damm kitchen for so long. Freaking disappointed with it. Worst experience from this outlet. To the indian lady and the kitchen male staff this day, I hope you can respect your job when one is getting paid. You represent the outlet, jolly well showcase the best or at least the proper food standard.

Tried the choco malt (milo) soft serve which was okay. It’s definitely choco malt but not strong on milo taste. Okay for $1.50.

i dine in eat here sunday morning breakfast menu , i order 1 double turkey ham & cheese omelette platter meal with ice milo medium at 0922hrs, only at 0949hrs did i get my order. the wait was so long that i nearly fainted from hunger(exaggeration). fast food more like slow food. the food was nice tho. $12 for everything. aircon also very bad here. but clean and nice place if u ignore all the other things. i give one star cause i would not recommend. staff no problem. one of the self order kiosk is spoil as of 30042023. a lot of people waiting for their order including grab/delivery riders. TLDR: food very long to come, a lot of people waiting, aircon no good, staff good, place clean, one spoilt self order kiosk, milo diluted.

Two times already met these aunties for service the food, they are very friendly and made me laugh. Indeed made my day specially in the hot weather. Order for take out, quite fast, taste was good my kids said. And I prefer order straight to counter. Keep up good work!

went for breakfast, lots of tables available for dine-in. ordered my favorite platter. service was relatively fast. the food while i cant say was served cold, but can definitely be hotter. not sure if it is me, but taste seemed a tad different, having eaten at BK for the longest time.

Went for late breakfast at TM outlet last weekend. Fortunately, not so packed. Had the croissants breakfast. Seems like the size I'd shrinking. Although, there fish burger is still great.
