This is a very nice place to eat pizza. It is very accessible and that the crew here are very friendly and helpful. The take away order is done quite fast. For the dine in order, it does take some time for the order to arrive. It is cheaper to order take away than to eat in. If you have any special order, you need to go to the cashier to tell the staff. We scan the QR code on the table to order and the food arrived quite fast. Overall a good dining experience and would return for more.

Satay pizza is good, the satay sauce base works really well in the pizza for some reason. The ketupat is well cooked and is neither too soft or hard. Ketupat makes the pizza much more filling as well. The satay chicken is well marinated and taste much better than some chicken satay sold at satay stalls. However, I do feel the Lot One outlet is heavily understaffed. The wait can be quite long because there is no one to attend to you even when your pizza is done like maybe 15/20mins ago, sometimes longer. It's left on the counter waiting basically. I had to go inside the restaurant to look for my pizza myself since there is only 1 miserable staff handling the takeaway/delivery orders all at once. They probably should hire more staff especially on the weekends. Otherwise the pizza & spicy drumlet is pretty decent.

It’s a good place to eat once in a while with takeaway being very convenient for a family movie night. The vegetarian options are minimal but good. The waffle cut hash brown is something interesting to try!

1. 17 Dec, 850pm - Bukit Panjang Plaza Arrived at 850pm. The supervisor/manager in blue shirt saw us but looked away, then stood aside to use his phone. Minutes later, the waiter informed us they are only receiving take away orders. 2. 18 Dec, 725pm - Lot One Was seated and directed to our table. Made our contactless order at 740pm. Ordered a splitza regular pizza and hot n spicy drumlets. Restaurant's crowd is less than 50% capacity. 745pm - Received the order chit with the time stamp 740pm. 755pm - Received our drumlets. Did not get our cutleries up till then and we had to request for it. 810pm - Still waiting for pizza. Went to the bar counter to enquire and the waitress said 10mins more. 825pm - Called the waiter to enquire, he said 5mins more. I asked why was there a delay and he explained that it takes usually 30-45mins. I told him that it was not communicated to us in the first place that it would take unusually long. He apologized. 830pm - pizza finally arrived. Thought the service at Bukit Panjang Plaza was bad enough with the first impression the manager had given, but it seems to be consistently bad throughout both outlets. Utterly disappointed that I would rather get Pezzo and Dominos next time.

Didn’t realise i order close to closing time. However waiting time was not bad. Pizza was hot but taste was pretty decent. Thanks kitchen crew for doing my order and apologies for the late order once again.

terribly disappointed and dismayed with the service. 659pm order, was told to wait 20-25 minutes. reached at 720 sharp, fair enough 5 more minutes. by 730 I asked my order, oh they forgot & mess ur order, 8 more minutes, order was only passed to me after 739. A simple my box takes double the told expectation time, staff did not look remorseful at all. To only order at your own risk.

Got served the plate of Pasta with huge chunks of garlic that wasn't even chopped properly, it wouldve been okay if it was just a few, but the whole pasta was filled with pebbles of garlic. The cheese and the chilli flakes wasnt even served together with the pasta or the pizza but rather just sitting on the counter. To Top it off, we got served diluted milo

Pizza hut cheesy bites pizzas must try !!! My friends and i went to pizza hut lotone today to had our lunch, surprisingly the early christmas pizzas are ready in pizza hut now ! Staffs are super polite and acknowledgable for the procuts and promotions, one of the staff ( i couldnt remember her name) introduced the cheesy bites pizzas to us & she even served us some samplings to try it!! She helped us choose the pizza 🍕& in the end we also bought one regular pizza to go for my family as well & my mom was satisfied with it too ! Thumbs up for the customer service & overall the service was fast & the food was served with cared. Well done pizza hut ! Good job pizza hut Lotone ! One of the best branch i could said !

Decided to dine it as the last time we did was many many years ago. Service was basic like most fast food restaurants. But cleanliness is highly questionable. We were given a serving spoon wrapped up in a piece of serviette that had brown stains on it! Then we fished out a small piece of green material from one of our drinks that I believe was part of the washing sponge. Food wise, it's definitely not fantastic but edible. What put us off was the level of cleanliness. We will stay away for many years again.

It was empty on a weekend. We were greeted & served by well trained staff from APSN. It was a pleasure to see such sight. Place was properly maintained and food was served timely. Ordered xmas promo serves 4 with 2 palette of pizza, soups, drinks & marinated chicken. Portion was nicely shared by 5, small eaters we are :) The manager came by to check is everything is alright which is a rare but good initiative to ensure customer satisfaction. Keep it up guys!

I've been eating here for quite some time and went there on a weekday. There were not many people, but the orders took time to prepare, but the food is piping hot so i guess they take time to cook the food. Tried their deals, which is a good deal, includes soup drinks and one regular pizza melts. Food was great esp the cheesy melts and the alfredo meatballs. I find the soup a bit salty. But overall ambiance was great.

The outlet has a good Xmas and cosy set-up. However there is a big problem. The outlet is heavily understaffed. There are only two front line staff who are responsible for serving, attending to customers and also clearing the table. Kudos to their efforts. I don't blame them for normal service, but the management for allowing the outlet to be so understaffed. The guys sitting in the office should be fired.
