Updated review: Online order via their website for pickup on 30 May evening and arrived past the time when order is ready for collection. Notify my presence, no acknowledgement from staff thus bcos was wearing mask had presumed perhaps staff may not hear. Called 2nd time, waited and called again, was sure the girl staff heard me as eye contact was made, but got ignored and the male guy was busy cleaning even when I moved towards the kitchen entrance and repeated pickup order. Looked for a ringing bell none around. Close to 10mins got my order. Previous incident of the male Chinese manager who raised his voice at a female foreign lady picking up her pizza, also happened in the evening, and that time the ordering system was having some issue as customers orders were not received till very much later. Fast food around Chinatown area. Small shop for takeaway only. Depends on where u come from, crossing from opposite with caution as lack of traffic light around. Chair are placed around at the sides and with aircon on, good for a very short rest in hot weather.

Wait at counter for 10 minutes. Call for staff for assistance as I had order food online and here for self pick up. Yet staff is using the phone instead of attending to me. Till I almost step into kitchen then they respond. Service 0

6 May 2023, Saturday 2:00 PM - 2:15 PM Manager in charge very rude and cursed (kanina) at me. The worst experience at would never recommend to anyone. Anyone from this outlet can check the CCTV!

This is well-known delivery and take away specialized Pizza shop. Of course you may know it. Taste is ok but service staffs have sometimes problems. Not polite, small voice for reply.... But I have to share one good information for evryone. Now (2020 Dec time point), maybe during COVID-19 problem term, they are offering 50% off for take away !! (Not for delivery) If you walk around or live near by, you can enjoy good deal.
