One of the rare halal Yakiniku restaurants in Singapore. Do check out their meat platter with 5/7 types of beef parts. There are some exotic parts such as beef tongue which is for the adventurous. The sides such as potato croquettes, chicken karaage are worth trying too. They have a strict dining policy which is that reservations are only for 5pm or 6.30pm, and they expect the whole group to be present before being seated. The restaurant occupies 2 floors but the lower floor is more of a delivery area and kitchen, so seats are limited.

Nice place to go to. Food is quite nice and they serve different types of meat. Service is good and the staff are very friendly. Bit pricey though.

Meat was of good quality, although a little pricey. Food was surprisingly good but the ventilation could be better. Place was air conditioned but was still hot.

Stumbled upon this place after our initial plan to dine somewhere else was cancelled. The wait time was around 20 min on a rainy Friday night. Service was pretty good, the crew was quite energetic and funny. We ordered two ala carte to start and added another two shortly after as the portion isn't too big. The harami, rump and sagari are really tender and soft. The bbq top is small with rounded edges which requires you to be careful as things start rolling off easily. Overall not too bad, but it was a little pricey for a two pax and the meat aren't exactly top grade.

Nice meats. Love the way the staff treated us. Very friendly. Good for small gatherings as the space is not that large taking into consideration the space needed to cook your meat. Makes me feel like Im in Japan.

They are actually open during this Phase 2 period! Was there at 7pm - they didn't accept reservations on the day itself due to it being fully booked until the 12th of August - which enticed me even more to give it a go. They have a queue system by Chope at the front, which allows you to book your seat in advance, stating the number of pax coming. They even allow you to order ahead of time prior to sitting so that you can salivate to the delicious menu even before you get to have them. After obtaining your seat, they prepare the bbq grill and the beef fat which serves as the butter for cooking. Within minutes of sitting, the food was already served and the waiter even went through the different cuts of meat that had been ordered. Admittedly, the bill was abit costly, it wasn't with quality meat which we have ordered many of. My suggestion is, if the wagyu meat is sold out, the next best meat to have is the prime ribeye which was melting in my mouth at the end and savouring its every taste. The bill was about 150 for 2, which we got a platter, unagi, 2 bowls of don and drinks and of course a succulent plate of prime ribeye (really to die for). Cheers to this restaurant, great service, will definitely be swinging by soon for more!

Small restaurant, decent food though abit expensive. Limited sitting on 2nd floor so better to call for reservation for 90mins timeslots.

Been here several times and I'm always amazed at the food. Feels like the cow was beautifully grown🤩 The platter is a must with whatever add ons that you enjoy. Personally love the Jo Karubi while my partner enjoys the Beef Tongue. Pair it with the Osmanthus Tea and you'll have a lovely and delectable meal. Hands down one of the best affordable Yakiniku out there.

Follow my friends to try out halal beef and wagyu place. Make sure to book it early, at least 3 hours as people already book the timeslots before the restaurant opens which is open at 5pm. You can call them and reserve a timeslot. Max you could stay is only an hour but there is plenty of time since you are more likely to finish by then. Once you reach there, they will ask the person that calls for booking. Forgot how my friends ordered it but could be a QR code that links to the menu. If you are a first timer, my suggestion is buying a platter, some extra beef like tender, ribs finger and skirt. This will make sure you know what to eat next time you visit again and it is better to bring some friends, save a lot of money by sharing the bills. Another thing is table size, most standard tables are up to four but I did see eight people sharing as one long table. You have to check with them about it. I wish to describe the food but consider my own personal taste. My other two friends have different tastes compared to mine. For beef, it is just raw beef that needs to be cooked. If you order wagyu, then a special instructions given by the server. Wagyu beef should not be cooked more than 5-10 sec on both sides. Consider it almost raw as only the surface is cooked but once you put it in your mouth. It will melt away like butter. My friend requested to be cooked longer which ended up melting all the fat away from the meat. Again, it is up to your taste. For the environment, just let's say it is small and dark.

The management & staff are accommodating. They make arrangements for my wheelchair bound daughter to be seated at the level 1 table area. The manager, Sam, ensured we were, seated as a family. The chef, Roger, recommended the ideal beef set for us & also served us the meat was done as we requested. Overall, we enjoyed the meal & service. Thank you.
