Today 19.10.2022 & 8.11.2022 I have buy a big breakfast and I asking 1 of the uncle to help me inform the person who is do the drink I want it less ice so the uncle go ask the shift manage and gas what the manager name Welita tell the uncle she say cannot have less ice and what I order is what I get? Omg bad service

Friendly & polite table & service crew. Well organized for take out vs dine in. Ordered the mc crispy & got to say received it piping hot & fresh. Meat was tender & juicy.

Earlier at about 4 plus, was there to get a Chocolate cone at the entry kiosk. The elderly female is rude and condescending. Yelled what what. I let it go and continue with my order. She went to the back I assume to the kitchen. I don't know why where there is ice cream machine at the front kiosk. When she returned from the back with a chocolate cone. I realized it's dripping and I told her before I took it. She yelled "Take Take". I reluctantly took it and alerted her the chocolate portion is dripping. She glares and mumbles at me and ignores it. She didn't pass me any napkin. Instead she bring out some napkin and clean up her Own fingers on the chocolate stain mess. After she cleaned her fingers she left the bunch of napkins on the kiosk counter. I noticed the back of the used napkin is without stain. I've no choice but grab it and clean up the mess on my hand. After a few taste, I threw ice cream away. It's so disgusting and messy. What a waste. I read up some of the past negative reviews. It seem like this is not the first incident. And also No where the management reply on google review. If the management ignore our reviews how do you think the staffs will change and do their job appropriately. I should have show some pic and recording next. Negative star if there is an option here.

Was there to order 2 ala carte items for my lunch. Advised by the lady Malay shift leader / manager to add in a fries or corn which will be cheaper. Saved about a dollar and got an extra medium fries. Nice 👍

Horrible experience for just a takeaway of two ice-cream. Ordered at the kiosk as usual, number was called shortly after. I walked to the counter since my number was moved to serving from the preparing section. The first staff asked to see my receipt, then he read the number and noticed it wasn’t prepared. He then went back in the kitchen and deep fried the french fries. A while later he came back out and saw me still standing at the same spot, he appeared like he has forgotten that i was waiting, so he checked my number again and went back again to the kitchen and did his own thing. Seeing things not being communicated, I approached a second staff which then reassured me that it is being prepared. 15mins gone by, they have served many customers after me. One of them consists of McFlurry and another was a vanilla ice-cream cone, which is also what I have ordered. Third staff came by to call out numbers for other customers. So i began asking the same thing and he said yes its being prepared. This time my number has obviously been removed from the system as shown in the panel. From this situation i knew my order is missing as they won’t know what i have ordered if they have cleared it from their end (which is what they do once they have prepared/sent out the order) All in all, 30mins for two ice-cream is just ridiculous. No apology was given, just pushing away the responsibility by saying its being prepared when it wasn’t. Utterly disappointed.
